only problem is all the above are synned
(apart from the carrot & peppers) so you have to watch out for that...... all the nice tasting stuff usually is lol
Ah Ah, but some dried fruit is possible as HEB!
142g dried apricots
57g dried peaches
42g dried pineapple
the rest are synned though:) Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

28grams of porridge oats is 5 syns, so you could try and work it out, cant imagine it be more than one
I dont think that is a lot of food personally! Nowhere near the volume i manage to tuck awayMRSMCAWBER wrote: »Sian -I have just weighed 1tbs of oats and it was 6g.. so Lynz is right -it would be just over 1syn
Thanks ladies, what a team we make. Not sure what my contribution is yet. I'll be this one ---> :T applauding your efforts.
I have to say raw oats are lovely in natural yogurt so I am good with that! Can they count as a HeB? Now it is getting colder I am thinking I might look at some green days so I can start the day with cereal or porridge!God is good, all the time

yeah but do you want to 'waste' a HEB on dried fruit???????? when you can have TWO Alpen Lites? no contest,Alpen wins hands down!
haha fair point. would be a good idea on a Green day though, could have 1/2 HEB dried apricots then have 1 and 1/2 something else for HEB too!Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

Crumbled up alpen lights are lovely on top of a muller with some fresh fruit like a chopped banana, that would be a yummy breakfast.
28g of cereal is a ridiculous amount right? I might do 28g raw with low fat natural yogurt, otherwise that is never going to fill me up!God is good, all the time

I do 21g All Bran as 1/2 an HeB and have an Alpen Light for the other 1/2. There is no way i could eat 42g of All Bran for breakfast! Though i have mine with an Activia FF yog and a banana rather than milk so is a bit more filling.
Just had an afternoon snack and am pleasantly stuffed - apple, banana, yoghurt and an alpen light:p
Need to go and pick up DD from school soon and it is weeing it down out there:(The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0
