Within the last few days somebody mentioned a SW recipe which included Quark, white Options sachet and what else? I spend hours looking for stuff on here!

    Thanks in advance.

EDIT: from info on the internet, I think 65g of dough should end up as 57g of roll. Going to give it a try.

Fantastic....let me know how you get on with this as I would prefer to make my own than buy them:A

    Thank you Dizzy. :)

The Lidl Yoghourt is Eridanous Greek Yoghourt (10% fat) Which comes in a BIG 100g container.
    Per 100g. 126 cals. Protein 5.0g, Carbs 2.8g and Fat 10,5g

The Lambrusco also comes from Lidl! I'm sure you won't find the exact brand listed but it's Daunia Rosso 4% volume.

  • Well, didnt entirely stick to my meal plan for dinner. I thought i was having chilli, but when i opened it it turned out to be bolognaise sauce;) So had WM pasta and bolognaise with carrot sticks/peppers/cucumber sticks on the side.

I think i prefer green days to EE.
