Is there any advice on how to make SW meals work for me but be adaptable and healthy to help DH gain weight? Such as what to do different in DHs chicken curry tonight so he doesn't lose any more.
I think if he has bigger portions and some extras like people say that would be good. For a curry I would be tempted to take out your portion and at the end stir in something calorific like coconut milk or cream or dessicated coconut or ground almonds. Lucky him!Afternoon All,
We have a taster session next week as it will be 12 till xmas! Any suggestions for low syn food that can be made the night before and put in the fridge till needed?
Well done loosers & good luck to those still to weigh in x
I made some scotch eggs and they were delicious, if a little messy to make. We have had some people make quiches without the pastry too but the roulade was the best thing I made, really delish and everyone was impressedGod is good, all the time

Nicky, when I look at what you have put you don't seem to have really taken advantage of the extra easiness of extra easy, so for lunch you could have had some couscous or some rice or some pasta in or with the soup to be more filling with fewer syns. And with dinner you could do some sort of potatoes to fill you up more.God is good, all the time

The Greek yog you asked about is coming up at 6 1/2 syns for the tub.
not saying i dont beleive you dizzy but i would be cautious with that - ive had that yoghurt and it is proper full fat - 10% fat really creamy and its a huge bucket - 1000g so for 6 1/2 syns for the tub id really be amazed tbh
having said that i have never used the calculater to work stuff out so ill shush

Hey nicky
I have a 2 and a 4 year old driving me crackers today too! for the rice pudding I did a bit of an experiment to see if I could get away making it just using my days milk allowence, turned out really nice
I used 70g pudding rice, 250ml milk, 7fl oz water, 2tbsp sweetner, half tsp vanilla and a sprinkle of nugmeg. I boiled the milk, water, sweetner, vanilla and nutmeg then put it all in oven for 50 mins0 -
