I'm not saying these are your triggers, but might be worth eliminating a couple of things for a bit and see if it improves?

I know I am the weak link in this whole thing but I eat out a lot with friends or at friends houses, and whilst my bro only had one wedding I have made bad choices on a few occasions, I know that. I was not asking for a get out clause I was asking if anyone else had been in a similar situation and had any advice for me.
I can write the rule book on what is healthy, I just need something to stop me eating the biscuit or bag of crisps or meringue when it comes to that crunch moment...
Whilst what you have put there totally makes sense I have never been that person in the group at all. I totally support people who have lost weight and try and encourage those who have little blips and I never deny it was my fault if I put on weight. I was hoping some people on here may be able to be motivating to me and encourage me to get on with it, I am not sure describing me as negative is fair and I certainly do not take over my group, I was voted woman of the year for my group though my weight loss has been fairly poor because I think I have tried to be an uplifting and fun person. Well done to you for making the right choices, I admire your willpower, that is what I struggle with and what I was hoping to get some help with
Sian I am really sorry!I was replying to Consultant's post and I honestly meant to put at the end that this was not directed at anybody in particular because it truly wasn't. You know what this thread is like, it grows by the second and just trying to keep up with it sometimes is enough for me!

Within the last few days somebody mentioned a SW recipe which included Quark, white Options sachet and what else? I spend hours looking for stuff on here!
Thanks in advance.0 -
Thank you Dizzy.
The Lidl Yoghourt is Eridanous Greek Yoghourt (10% fat) Which comes in a BIG 100g container.
Per 100g. 126 cals. Protein 5.0g, Carbs 2.8g and Fat 10,5g
The Lambrusco also comes from Lidl! I'm sure you won't find the exact brand listed but it's Daunia Rosso 4% volume.
Just putting this up for Dizzy again please, in case she missed it. Thanks.0 -
Morning all! I've not been very good for the last few days and I'm out for tea tonight and tomorrow night. I'll stick to plan loosely then back to it properly from Thursday.
I used to do Marion's breakfast rice when I first started SW. I think I might have to get back to doing it as now its getting colder I like soup for lunch and having the rice for brekkie would mean I could have a HEB of bread with the soup. You can eat the rice warm but i used to make enough for 2 or 3 days and have it cold as I bring my breakfast to work....if you do this you need to remember to be very careful about cooling the rice though!
Wedding planning is slowly getting there, it seems like there is so much stuff that I need to get sorted NOW! We'll get there in the end though!0 -

Off work today with no voice and sinus pain. Trying to sort out paperwork and get a bit ahead, but finding it difficult to concentrate. Keep coming over here to see what is going on!

OK, any ideas about how to go about making a 57g wholemeal roll using the breadmaker?
I am confident about making the dough etc, but how to judge the final weight? I could weigh the dough then divide it into 57g portions, but does it lose weight or gain weight when cooked?
It would loose moisture, yes, so would lose weight?
I think an experiment is in order. I love the idea of homemade soup and a wholemeal roll for lunch.....

EDIT: from info on the internet, I think 65g of dough should end up as 57g of roll. Going to give it a try.
