Gadgetgirl - are you doing EE? Then there's no superfree food there except your salad - you need 1/3 plate at every meal to 'fill you up'. But yes you can eat that much (and more!)0
-
Gadgetgirl, what plan are you doing? It can't be red because you have beans, potato and rice in there and I assume the bread is your HEB? It could be a green day I suppose, if the bacon is a HEB, but then you had ham as well, and the bread. And it's not really EE because the only superfree mentioned is the tomato with your breakfast and (if there are any) onions/garlic in the chilli, and salad. I'm not trying to shoot you down but .... nope, eating like that you won't lose weight! You do need to have ONE THIRD superfree food, which is fruit and vegetables (not counting beans, potatoes, peas) if you are doing Extra Easy. Sorry
Also, sorry if I've got the wrong end of the stick.
edit: Catt beat me because she says the same thing in a shorter time:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

WI tonight and I lost a measly 1/2 lb and that was the 1/2 I put on last week! Am finding it very frustrating trying to keep inside the target range. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?
Confused: I've said it before and I'll say it again, look at my avatar <<<<< there. That is half a pound of fat and skin I pulled off a chicken and (call me a pervert) weighed. Half a pound is a LOT, it's a big handful! Be proud of losing half a pound, much better off than on
Also, if you are at target, you are managing to stay within it from what you say (half a pound on, half a pound off). Some of the target ladies in our group go up and down by 2 lb a week (ooops, so did I last week, 1.5 on one week, 2 lb off the next). You can vary by half a pound from hour to hour, even on SW scales I reckon. The liquid in a cup of tea weighs quite a few ounces. I know because I weighed it once.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

Thanks Catt and Blackberry Rum - I'm trying EE but obviously haven't quite got it right.
The chilli had garlic, onions, peppers and tomatoes so thought it might be ok.
Would the breakfast have been better if I'd added mushrooms (it was a massive beefeater tomato!)
Lunch - eaten salad with the sandwich
Dinner - eaten veg alongside the chilli (I thought the veg in it would be ok?)
Please set me on the right track,

I like the design as it can be used for food too as it has a lovely wide neck. Soup was still nice and hot at 12 ish, left the house before 8.
thanks! There is no john Lewis here but I should be able to get similar one elsewhere.

Hi
I am new to SW - loving it so far! Can I just check something though - my book says baked beans are super speed (SS) - so do they count as your 3rd superfree? I thought they did but reading above posts has made me doubt myself. Are superfree and super speed different? Also in say a chilli I use passata as the sauce - does that still count towards your 1/3 superfree if its cooked into a recipe?
TIA for anyone who can straighten me out!
Zoe
