hello everyone, just dropping by before my lunch break finishes.

Weighed in today and in the last 2 weeks i have lost 7lbs!! Thats 4 stone 13 lbs gone!

Today's munch (ee)

B - 28g Sultana bran (part heb) with blackberries, raspberries, banana and milk (hea)

S - penguin (5.5), 4 squares of white choc (7!! - but its * week and i needed it! lol)

L - Ham salad & cous cous fritter with chilli sauce (1)

D - ? not sure yet.

Gotta have my ryvita sesame to make up my heb later. Might have that with some quark

Syns so far = 13.5.

Well done all you losers

I did not do well yesterday as I ate loads of gingernuts (5) and then OH bought me a crunchie (:mad: and 0obv I had to eat it :wall:)

today has been much better altho I am starvers now!

b- banana & summer fruit & yog
snack- ham 2x alpen lights
lunch jacket pot and leftover beef and veg stew
dinner -roast chicken and loads of veg- ddnt have this yesterday cos OH was out till late.

Syns: gravy and some ginger nuts, more summer fruit and yog.

Must stick to it today!!! MUST!!

Can't help on the syns for the sandwich .. maybe if you have the nutritional info people can work it out on the site? I only know that when i started SW I looked up my fave white bap and it was sooo many syns so if you get a sandwich out try to get wholemeal as the bread can be counted as a HexB

You can do either day from here in as you only had one hexB ..maybe think what you'd like for the rest of the day?

I used to enjoy a small bar of dairy milk in the evening... now I can handle 2 or 3 pieces and after those I don't enjoy it any more... I got upset til my hubby said it was actually A Good Thing but..... wah.... chocolate used to be My Thing lol

Which, very nicely, means I have hit my 2 stone award and club 10 award at the same time - lost 2 stone 1.5lbs since 21st July, really happy with that!

Hi guys, i've just plowed through the whole thread, and was wondering if i could join in

I start SW 2 weeks ago, and lost 5+1/2lbs wk1 and 2+1/2lbs wk2 and my work trousers have already dropped from a size 28 to a 24! in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!:dance:

Can't believe all the great stuff you guys have found! Did anyone get syns for rainbow drops yet?

Quick update!

Im doing ok today and havent failed yet ( go me)

Clinging on to the wagon hard today, it is hardgoing when you have fell off
