I had a lovely day at the spa today
, but the lunch wasn't very SW friendly so I'm havign a flexi syn day. It wasn't too bad; lots of salad, rice salad, crudities. But there was also a small white baguette.....with butter
. But do you know what, despite bread and butter being a huge downfall for me, I didn't reallt enjoy it! I also had some coleslaw and potato wedges. I wasn't too hungry so only had a small plate' worth. Ooh and half a glass of wine!
Ah well I'm getting right back on plan now so it should be ok.

Had a good day so far. Bought myself a thermos yesterday so took some lentil soup to uni and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Breakfast 21g All bran (3) FF Activia (0.5) - really annoying that the peach ones are synned! Glad the vanilla ones arent though nomnonom
Snack apple, FF activia, banana
Lunch HM lentil soup, WM roll, ham (0.5), pickle (0.5), cheese (A)
Snack FF activia
Dinner WM roll, ham (0.5), pickle(0.5), cheese (A), 2 x alpen lights (6), tea
So both A+B's and 11.5 syns.
Well done all the losers, and huge congratulations to Wendyphant - you must be so pleased.
!!!!! Activia Snackpots are 20p each in Asda, they are not marked as such though, they are marked 3 for £1, but they go through at 20p:D!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Silly question!
A HEB is 28g honey nut shredded wheat & 1 ryvita.
If I don't want the ryvita, can I have a bit more shredded wheat????
I'm sure there will be a reason why I shouldn't.....could some kind person explain to me?
Today was my 2nd SW day and I tried a Green one.

L - Kiwi, pineapple, mango, pomegranate (bit of each as fruit salad) & shredded wheat (HEB)
T - Chicken Pasta Bake (chicken (HEB), pasta, Mozzarella (HEA), tomato sauce (5)
Skimmed milk for (1) tea (HEA)
Snack - clementine & extra light laughing cow triangle0 -

It's something to do with the fibre content of the SW, so you can't have more of it instead of the ryvita I'm afraid

Where did you get the thermos, and how much was it? I want one to take soups to work and uni for winter.

I got mine from John Lewis, was this one http://www.johnlewis.com/230418092/Product.aspx
I like the design as it can be used for food too as it has a lovely wide neck. Soup was still nice and hot at 12 ish, left the house before 8.The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
Evening everyone,
Well done everyone - what amazing losers!
Day 2 for me - does it sound ok?
Breakfast: 2 x rashers of bacon, dry fried egg, grilled tomatoes, baked beans and potato, sliced & fried it fry light. (It was deeelish!)
Lunch: 2 x small slices of wholemeal bread, ham and 28g low fat cheese made into a toastie
Dinner: Chilli and rice served with salad
Snacks: Muller cherry yoghurt, Special K choc chip breakfast bar
Does this look ok? Feels like I've eaten loads and am a bit scared - can eating like this really make me lose weight?
