Shame you didnt enjoy the choc as much as you were expecting wendyphant, but at least it shows that food is not a 'reward' to you anymore - why not treat yourself to some lovely new clothes instead???

I can't wait to fit in smaller jeans!!!

Stuck to plan perfectly yesterday, had two tiny toblerones for dessert so total syns was 13 in the end.

    today's plan is GREEN

28g raisin wheats with skim milk
2 Ryvita with light mad cow trangles
    tea with milk
total so far 1 HEB and 1 HEA (plus one ryvita 1.5 syns)

lunch will be leftover curry with rice or cous cous -- NOTE: the meat in the curry was eaten last night, the leftovers is just lentils and veg
(2 syns for the coconut in it)
4pm snack will be 2 small wholewheat toast with laughing cow light
    that's HEB2 and 1/2 HEA2

dinner will be 5 bean chilli with veg and boiled rice:
    tin of mixed beans
    tin of tomatoes
onion, garlic, paprika, red chillis, cumin
    mushrooms, peppers, sweetcorn
    1/2 HEA cheese on top

How does that plan look? I think i need some advice as i feel like a lot of the time i'm making it up as i go along!!

Hehe thanks, I'm starving today but trying to put off having lunch too early!

The toblerones are from a multipack bag called 'Tiny Toblerones' - dark, milk and white choc. 1.5 syns each for 3 teeny triangles. all gone now tho!!

  • Weigh in last night - lost another 3lbs :D

Which, very nicely, means I have hit my 2 stone award and club 10 award at the same time - lost 2 stone 1.5lbs since 21st July, really happy with that!

    Hi all,

I have read some of this thread and would like to join if thats ok?

I only started SW on the 15th. :o

I also need some advice today. Myself and MIL went into town today and stopped for a coffee and we had half a sandwich but i'm not sure of syn values can anyone help?

Here is what i have had today:

Breakfast was 2 Weetabix with 1 banana and skimmed milk and a handful of strawberries. Cup of tea

Lunch was half of White medium bread sandwich filled with cheese and spring onion filling (a sandwich filler type) from B & B's. There was no butter on this at all. And skinny latte.

So can anyone tell me how many syns i have had today and what day i should be doing (red/green/Extra Easy)?

    Thanks in advance

I dont know the answer to any of these, but Go aheads are remarkably high in syns. I ate one (crispy slices?) and it was more than a snickers.

    Or something :)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
