Can anyone tell me how many syns are in Fox's Jam N Cream and Fox's Creams Rich Tea please?
They are sitting looking at me on my desk at work as I bought them for visitors who now aren't coming until tomorrow - I don't think they will remaqin untouched unless they have a really high syn value..............Many thanks0 -

I lurve my cuppas......and drink loads, too many in fact, but don't think I can change ALL my bad habits at once! :rotfl:
If I do EE I can have 350ml of skimmed or 250ml semi skimmed as a HEa.
If I want more milk I will have to Syn it - I think that's right from what I have picked up on this thread.
Question is.....
If I did Red or Green days, do you get more HE's and therefore possibly more milk?
Someone mentioned 2 HE's but don't know if that's A's or B's.....
What would you say is the best SW plan for a mad tea drinker????0 -

Yes on red and green you get 2 HEA's and 2 HEB's to use.
I only do green days cos I'm veggie so have no idea about EE. I use one HEA for milk (half cereal half for coffee) and the other on cheese.

For those members who joined SW pre extra easy, how do you get on with EE ? how do you find only having one A and one B yet unlimited free green and red and do you find it hard work having that one third superfree ? any tips for an anti EE person ?!?!

I'm still new to SW, and am trying to do a bit of everything! So three days red, three days extra easy and one day green.
I like to spend my syns on chocolate or desserts, but have been known to spend syns on rice, when on red days ...
I find the Weekend the hardest - as that's when I would normally have pizza, chips, icecream etc.
My motivation was vanity... I hate the way I look at the moment and feel I've let myself go.
Lost another 1.5lbs at WI yesterday :T.
Still happy with that, as I went over my syn allowance nearly every day last week :eek:0 -
Morning everyone.... gosh there was a lot to catch up on from yesterday.
Flat Eric - I do a mix of EE & Green. I find I am starving all the time on reds so don't really bother with them. Experiment with them as some people on here find they are starving on greens. Weekends too are the hardest, I don't know why as I don't work full-time so it's not as if they are my 2 free full daysI try to spend the majority of my syns on treats and snacks keeping 'proper' meals as free as poss.
DayDreamBeliever - You have made the 1st step by deciding what you want to do and good for you! Maybe when you go out only take a certain amount of money with you so when it is gone you have to go home and stop drinking. Or take the temptation out of the way and do some non drinking evening out (not sure how old you are so it may sound dull to a young whippersnapper :rotfl:). There is always someone around here to help with support so keep with us.

I took the plunge and subscribed to SW magazine, I did think about joining online but decided against it as the subscription even with sending it here was loads cheaper and I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE 1ST ONE ARRIVES :T:T I have July's from my last trip home but I want more!!

I've not been having my fruit snacks the past few days and I think it is slowing my weightloss down... not keeping the boiler stoked! As so far I have not even lost 1lb and I was hoping for 2lb by Thurs. So going to eat more superfrees for the next 3 days.
Off to the shops again today for more fruit and veg.

Sorry for the rant but i feel atm i have nowhere else to vent/ramble/waffle on without being told i'm being stupid.
Anyways, today is a new day and the start of a new me so hopefully you'll see me here more often as i take charge of my own life and do what's happy for me.

I am still plodding along on my Body Optimise online. I can't remember whether I mentioned that my DB and DH have started to buy me a 'sharing' bag of Maltesers every day!
They are doing it because I won't join them in a glass/bottle of wine every evening. DB is paying for the wine and sweets as a treat/favour for us. Over the last few nights they have opened the bag and left it next to me on the sofa and last night. It is so difficult to avoid eating some.Last night I eventually gave in and had 5! I was trying not to have the 15 syns but to have fewer as I had a lot on Saturday.
They also keep putting a glass of wine in front of me. I suppose it makes them feel better. I am managing to avoid drinking it and last night DH actually listened and made me redbush tea. I went way over my milk allowance though!
Yesterday I had 28g ready brek
250ml semi skimmed milk
Ryveta
2 bananas
apple
2 pears
squash soup(Home made)
Chilli con carne with low fat mince, kidney beans and baked beans and boiled rice
The Maltesers feel like I am going over my syns limit.

DS3 has done the same as you a few times, buying drinks for others to try to get them to stay out with him. He even tried just taking what he wanted to spend with him. Oh no! Why did they change it? I can't make a choice between milk in my tea and my jacket-with-cheese lunch. Looks like it's back on the red/green for me. this is exactly what i do on EE. if you have skim milk you can have 175 ml for tea/coffee, which is quite a lot measured out. then you can have half a portion of low fat cheddar (21g)Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....

not sure what my meal plan is for today. I've had two clementines and some cereal so it'll prob end up EE again.
I do find that if I plan a day I am then drawn to going off plan. Does anyone else get that????
No idea what i'm having for lunch. Maybe omelette and beans or some pasta with tuna. Or a mugshot. All a bit boring though.
