Thanks hun.
The nutritional info for the jelly snakes is (per 100g):
295kcal
2.8g protein
71g carbs (of which sugars 50g)
trace fat
nil fibre
Could someone please run it through the calculator?
Cheers

Flat Eric, I find it hard enough to use one HEB, never mind two! I do get thru my one HEA by using it in countless cups of coffee. I have tried the odd green or red day, but have given them up because of TOO MANY HEBS !!!
One third superfree is dead easy. You can either have a salad as a starter, or a bowl of fruit for desert if you can't see how to get enough superfree onto your plate.
However tonight I had a fab dinner that took me under ten mins in the microwave and was very MSE and SW-ee friendly (I went to the co-op at around 5pm and nearly everything was reduced! On a normal work day I don't get there until 6 pm and the shelves are virtually empty).
-put a big floret of brocolli in a spoonful of water in bowl, cover, mike x 2.5 mins.
- add some asparagus spears and mangetouts, sprinkle with half a pack of butterbuds & some black pepper, cover again and another 2 mins.
- pop a big fat salmon fillet on top, sprinkle with fresh herbs (I used parsley and chives) and give it another 2 mins.
eat from the bowl or, if someone's watching, plate it up. I couldnt believe how good it was and I still have half the salmon, asparagus and brocolli left for tomorrow. (you might notice I don't bother much with carbs, I can't be rrsed faffing with a separate bowl for potatoes or pasta or owt
cos I hate washing up)

EE for me Flat Eric but i've not tried green or red yet cos i cant quite get my head round them. Fav meal would have to be the suasage hash but we're very naughty and swap the sausage for chorizo which makes it a little less sw friendly! Think i find mid week the hardest to stick to plan cos i'm tired from working and dont feel like cooking. Fav way to spend my syns would definitely be chocolate (an cake and sweets and ice cream and anything else bad!)....
Motivation for joining was that my older sister had joined and lost a lot so i knew it could work and cos i knew i needed to do something cos my weight was at an all time high. Keeping motivated was hard and i fell of the wagon from Christmas till Friday. Found on here really inspiring and so far this week i'm sticking to plan and doing alright. Longest i've stuck to plan since before christmas! Scary really how far i have to go and how close it is to Christmas already! But i have a wedding to plan for November next year and i dont want to wear a size 18 or above dress so here goes...
Well done all the losers especially Mrs M!
Glad its the last hospital for a while for you Dizzyk0 -

Aromat is Fab stuff....... I use it all the time ! Its lovely on egg & chips
Runs in google direction to find out what Aromat is and hopes it's vegan!flutterbyuk25 wrote: »quorn sausages are free. linda mccartney ones are 1 syn each. I think most veggie sausages are under 2syn each but don't quote me on that!!
How about sparkling water instead of diet coke? or flavoured fizzy water (though most have sweetners in)?
Good luck

Thanks I so wish quorn did not contain egg:( my Frys traditional sausages seem about the same nutritional value as quorn so will work out sins (please be free!) Thats good about Lin Mac Sausages too.
I do drink sparkling water, not keen on flavoured fizzy water but love elderflower cordial but full of sugar so will avoid it now. I feel I need a vice having left my daily choc/crisps/soya cheese/dips/alcohol days behind and did use to like diet coke but gave it up after my teens (20 years ago!) Im still planning on a small amount of choc at the weekend - need a treat and choc fix:rotfl:
Been totally artificial sweetner/flavour enhancer free since but doubt the odd bit will hurt as need to lose weight!blackberry-rum wrote: »I'm near a Tesco tomorrow, off to find me some Aromat!

Just been looking at my SW book...
... can you not have cheese as a HEB on Extra Easy anymore?
When they brought EE in a couple of years ago you could - did they change it?I love my cheese!!!

Without me trawling internet for ingredients for Aromat does anyone who has got it know if it has milk/animal ingredients in?
Am hoping its not full of artificial flavour enhancers/colours as cant have those but it can be so hard to find out what is and is not vegan sometimes!
Thanks - being lazy I know:)Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

I can't remember your name but the person who posted who's Vegan........there's no point you doing EE, you might as well stick with Green and have 2 HEB and 1 or 2 HEA. EE is great if you want to be able to have meat and carbs together but if you don't eat meat or fish there's no benefit from doing it.
My plan changed somewhat today and ended up being EE so I'll repost it:
Brekkie - porridge (HEA&B), banana
Snack - pear and nectarine
Lunch - jacket potato, prawns, coleslaw (don't know syns but will be well within my allowance)
Snack - yogurt with mixed berries
Tea - chilli (2), rice, SW chips, salad, salad cream (1)
I think I've found my engagement ring!!!! That's why I had the jacket spud at lunch, the sandwich shop is next to the jewellers so I decided to treat myself to celebrate. I actually saw 3 I liked and they're much cheaper than the one I had previously chosen. OH is coming to have a look and hopefully do the important bit on Wed. Tonight we went for a look around a reception venue, it was very nice but very modern. We've pencilled it in so we don't lose it as it's available on the day we want but we haven't confirmed anything as it's the only one we've seen so far. Then on the way back we passed another that we're visiting on thurs, we called there to have a nosey and it's totally different but very lovely. It's in a big old house with lovely gardens. The room is much bigger and it would be loads better for photos. Can't wait to go for the meeting with the wedding planner now!!! The staff were lovely too, they just told us where everything was and let us wander and have a nosey to our hearts content!!!0 -
No you can't sw mina sorry.
Craving something nice but not sure what I can have without going overboard. Don't have choc or crisps in the house, no SF jelly, hmmm. What are your treats (individual bits pls - can't have a pack of biscuits or multipacks in the house!)
