Morning ladies. Didn't manage to get on yesterday but did stick to plan. Syns were possibly slightly over but have been well under every other day so I'm not worried. Going to look at possible wedding reception venue No.1 tonight. Apparently it's just been done up and OH's Mum was talking to someone who recently had a wedding there and said it was fabulous. Fingers crossed we like it as its one of only a very few that are available for the day we want most!

I think I'm doing green today, not sure I fancy my lunch, might get a jacket with beans instead!

    Brekkie - Porridge (HEA&B), banana
Lunch - couscous, salad, boiled egg, yogurt, mixed berries
Tea - chilli lasagne (2 syns + HEA + HEB), SW chips, salad or veg.
    Snacks - nectarine, pear.

    HAve a good day x

got home and went to put the oven on for dinner but dh said he wasn't hungry so I did the ironing while he relaxed. Sorry to say this built up inside me & I screamed at him when he asked when 'I' wanted dinner. I'm so sick of his selfishness- everything we do revolves around what he wants & noone gives a crap about me.

Oh, Skint_catt, I am sure they all do really give a crap about you they are just not great at showing it sometimes. Just know we care. :grouphug:

I hate to hear of people being sad. I try to tell myself if I'm never sad I can't appreciate the happy moments as I have no comparison (a bit happy clappy but it helps me :))

If I were you next time just cook tea and leave theirs in the pot/oven to be reheated when they are ready. I frequently do this if OH is going to be late or isn't hungry yet and I am ready to eat my arm.

FlutterbyUK WELL DONE YOU :T for passing up all that potential naughty but yummy food... not sure I'd have had as much will power :D

I ate a bit too much yesterday I think I was going to make fish pie but the forzen cod I bought was all grey and looked weird so that went in the bin and we had cottage pie instead with steamed veg. BUT I think I had about 6 slices of bread yesterday and I was on EE so 12 syns and a B. PLUS my treats. I think it was about 20 syns in total. Opps.

    Today. Green.
    B - 2 toast (B) Butter (1.5) marmite (F)
    L - Couscous salad (F)
    Mid aft - Nana & yog (1)
    D - JP (F) Butter (1.5) beans (F) Quark (F)
Even - Fruit & Yog (1) Cheese & Salad cream (light) sandwich (B+A+1)

    Syns - 6.

    Morning all

Well I did my at home WI and I have stayed the same as last week (wellI lost an ounce but we are not counting those!). I'm pleased about it as I had one flexi syn night out, a binge off plan evening and the food festival in the last week. I'm glad I managed to pull it al back and prevent a gain :).

I'm off work this week, so need to be super vigilant. My Dad is coming over to do DIY for me today and I need to make us both lunch. I think I'll make soup but I will need to pop out for spuds as I have none here. I think I'll batch cook some SW friendly meals today too, like veggie chilli and pasta sauce.

I'll post my meal plan later once I have more of an idea.

    Have good days all

I find the online SW great - there is so much info there, and the little speil when you weigh in is inspiring!:)

Sounds like you had a lovely day :)

I Love fuzzy felt :rotfl:In my last job before the big op I was a team leader in a mail order call centre....we used to have silly team motivation stuff that we did, My team had some fuzzy felt kits and when they hit '5 special offers sold' they could have the fuzzy felt on their desk to play with for 10 mins while on their calls :p....they actually used to scrap over it LMAO.

OK - It's Day 1 for me, following my desperate post at the weekend.:j

I have dug out my EE book and found a blank diary sheet and weighed myself first thing. I am in a positive frame of mind.;)

Bit of a shock to read that I can only have 1 A and 1 B per day.

Breakfast was 1 oz Cereal and 175 ml skimmed milk and a banana

I don't drink a lot of tea and coffee so I'm not sure that I'd use the rest of my milk allowance (A).

Would anybody know how many syns there are in Nescafe Capuccino sachet (the skinny variety) please? I like one of those mid-morning.

I haven't done EE before so would really welcome any suggestions. I have several SW mags which I will also dig out because they had more stuff on EE.

My idea is to try this at home myself and maybe go back to SW later. I am not going to go near the scales until the same time next Monday and see what happens.
  • I LOVE jacket potato - could have them every day........with lashings of butter!!

    Oops :D

Any suggestions on something MOIST I could use instead?

I don't like baked beans which I think woud be ideal......

Love tuna mayo but mayo and SW????

    Not good.

I was thinking maybe a spoon of Quark??? I don't like the taste of it "naked" but does it taste different when stirred into something?

Any suggestions would be great :T

Hi everyone, hope you all had good weekends :)

MrS M - 5 stone that is amazing!!! well done :D

I had a bit of a disaster this weekend - chinese takeaway, fish and chips, and ice cream! That's what I get for living by the seaside!
    SO i'm starting again today.

    Green day today:
    Clementine
    fruity mullerlight
scrambled egg and 2 small slices toast (HEB1) (2 syns for Flora light)
Cups of tea with milk throughout the day (1/2 HEA)
    EDIT: Fibre plus bar (HEB2)
Carrot soup leftovers [STRIKE]and 2 small slices toast (HEB2)[/STRIKE]
    Fresh pineapple
Mixed bean chilli with vegetables and boiled rice (Free!) with cheese on top (HEA2)
    Toffee mullerlight
    Syns = 2!
I think there's half a HEA left but i'll measure my milk into a jug and drink what's left at the end of the day.
Also might have a litle bit of choc after dinner if i feel like it, for a few extra syns.
