Im trying something else this week -Im going to pencil in my "inbetweenies" and be cutting them down as I know Im eating far to much fruit -now I know its free and I know its good for me, BUT I do eat silly amountsand at the end of the day its all cals going in.... so I can but try
The noxious green vapour that had developed around the house is s-l-o-w-l-y fading *although Im having the soup for lunch tomorrow* -so don't hold your breath -actually that should be DO HOLD YOUR BREATH :rotfl:
Gadgetgirlone -I love doing SW on-line, you have a diary/meal planner to fill in and access to the syns on line and syn calculator etc... it makes it nice n quick to plan your food for the day.
Can I be cheeky-IF you decide to join on-line would you let one of the On-line ladies on here recomend you? it doesn't cost you anything, all you do is give the other person your name and email address -they send it to the SW site and then they will e-mail you and ask if you want to join ... when you do, the person who recomended you gets 1 extra months membership free :T ..... Greent joined the other day and she did this for me
... so it would be lovely if we could pass it along *Im a cheeky moo aren't I*
Right I think that is me for now... have a lovely day everyone....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

Hi everyone
Can I join in please?
I've lost a stone so far but I am starting to struggle and would appreciate a place to log on each day to help keep me motivated.0 -

I'm feeling very inspired from reading your posts - you are all so supportive and are doing so well. I would really like to lose some weight but am not sure I could face attending a group. Can anyone explain how online membership works & how easy it is to stay motivated and to keep on track?
I need to do this for me so can anyone give me a shove in the right direction?

Can anyone help?
Mrs M?
Consultant?

I joined online and I find it really helpful. You get a graph of your successes so far and predicted target dates. You get all your little achievement ribbons, the syns calculator, a reminder to weigh in, tonnes of recipes etcThere's also messages throughout the week saying things like 'only 0.5kg to go to reach your milestone, you can do it this week' etc etc.
You can do your food diary online too, although I prefer to do mine on paperI have spread my dreams under your feet;

Morning All
Well After I Logged off last night and sat down to watch Telly, I decided that I wasnt going to go through with all the porkie pies and tell him the truth about not going to the do ...... Ive never lied to him before - and it felt all wrong doing iteven if it meant him getting angry at me. As it was all he did was give me a big massive hug and called me a big silly for not telling him how worked up i'd got myself as I burst into tears on him
. He said he understands how I feel and that he didnt mean to back me into a corner with it.....he just thought it would be a good thing to have some 'me time' again with my friends - but maybe a disco with lots of people and stuff going off isnt exactly the right thing to start with lol
and we have a family daytime christening next month so Im aiming for that instead (Il be happier too as its local and OH will be there
)
I feel loads better now.....thankyou all for putting up with my moaning yesterday :rotfl: I dont do being miserable normally...sorry!! :Axx
Well done Mrs M 5 stone WOWSER!!!!!!! :T:T I laughed soooo much at your dyno rod experiences.....now you see why I needed go faster stripes on my zimmer & a silencer on my exhaust :rotfl:
:rotfl:
Vixie glad your OH is back and sorting things out hun, I meant to say it yesterday....but my head was all over the place ! you just take the eating thing one day at a time..... x x
