Have you tried this site before, SS? Looks similar to approved foods.

My Auntie's builder asked Alice what she wants for Christmas today. She said she wants Santa (as in the cuddly toy Santa which we already have and get out every December). I think she was actually a little perplexed by the question as it's not a concept she's come across before.

ETA: Wanting things for Christmas that is - she's knows about Christmas.

  • Beccles - did the physio give you any tips for remembering to squeeze. I'm rubbish at remembering, and it is not doing me any favours.

I only remember when somebody (like Becles) mentions it, the I have an automatic reaction. :o

I love the pics MFD. I was shocked a couple of days ago looking at last Christmas' photos, I didn't realise V was so bald. :rotfl:

    I've done an order today.

I'll let you know how it all is but there are some great offers in their clearance section. I got 6kg of plain flour for £1 among other things!

Kitkat -Just had a thought, why dont you write DH a letter for him to take away on his 4 days.... if hes gonna be staying in a hotel room maybe he'll have some time to read and absorb and think about...... perhaps then he'll realise that whilst he's been away, and your world hasnt imploded at home (i.e you've still carried on doing everything) just how little he has been doing to support you....

I mean my DH is a complete noob 99% of the time, but he also knows he is a complete noob, its partly on me because I never call him on it enough, I like to just fester and burn up with hatred and resentment.... but when I do over flow he soons knows about it....

Already had a cry into my curry and moaned at him for not doing much to help me with L all day and then the one feed he does that I ask him to do so that I can wash up, he got shirty about because L didnt want it..... as soon as he gets mardy with L thats when I go mental......

I'm like a lioness possessed................NOBODY MOANS AT MY BABY!!!!

    *hugs* for kitkat and CAFC

Kitkat - T had an awful rash on his face when he was Theo's age. The HV told me to wipe his face with cotton wool balls and cooled boiled water every nappy change. Keep an eye on his getting dry as she said it can go to eczema. We were prescribed oilatum cream. It started to clear really quickly and had gone totally within 2 weeks.

LOL I am the same if OH moans at T and takes the bottle away if he is fussing, I go mad. I will take little bits of it and then I explode!

A letter might be an idea as I really dont think he realises what he is doing wrong and I guess him going away he will have time to think. I am dreading him not being here tho, I can never sleep when he isnt here (yes strange I know but we have lived together 3.5 years, been together for 8 so its habbit I guess) I know I will have my little man but its nice to have adult conversation sometimes!!

I have a really horrible icky stye on my eye lid :( its HUGE

    My mum has just phoned and said that my dad has bought T this for xmas;
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fisher-Price-K7198-Rainforest-Jumperoo/dp/B000LXQVA4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=baby&qid=1287083408&sr=8-1

I cant wait until he can use it! It looks really good.. just need to get rid of something in our living room to fit it in... :rotfl:
  • I work in a call centre - if I squeezed every time I was on the phone I'd never stop. :rotfl: Mind you, maybe that is what I need ;)
