LOL you're not helping.....you're all supposed to say "yes Gill it's very silly to spend an extra £25 just for a colour"....or "just think what you could buy for T with that instead".......I've text DH to see if he can be the voice of reason lolMummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0

Gill I don't think the blue is boyish but I would go for the red because it'll hide stains better, being a bit darker, purple may go with the red as it looks like a blueish red IYKWIM
Ladybird, did you order some of the cous cous? I got some 'de identified' *cough* moribobs *cough* lemon and coriander from them last week, it was BBE June 2010 smells a bit artifical when you open the back but nice once made up, Edgar had a bit too, I think it needs a spot butter/oil adding though
I got one of these for hubby to try http://www.approvedfood.co.uk/PASTA_AND_NOODLES/Hotbox_Self_Heating_Ravioli_Stuffed_with_Vegetables_300g He said it was nice and he'd have it again and it really was nice and warm! they only have a kettle at his work so it was a nice change from his usual hot options of pot noodle or cous cous or luke warm soup in a flask0 -
Sami - that's a good point about stains as I'm far too lazy to maintain and wash things lol hmmmm the berry one would hide stains well too wouldn't it?
I actually think it would be good to have a different colour one to my graco anyway so that I feel like I have a new pram....clutching at straws here!Mummy to Thomas born April 27th 2010 8lb 5oz0 -
Ps - Gill just think with £25 you could buy a fabulous funky footmuff
don't go wasting it for a colour! :A or I wonder how much the cool cow print bag was that Aless has
PPS. do you think OH could heat a tim of soup/beans or a tupperware of similar with my one of THESE?0 -
Gill I'd go with the red too. And have just answered your pm. Fairies will also check to see what else they have.0

:rotfl:Going on my own past experience of compromising on my first choice I would always think 'should have bought the berry' when I used it...but maybe thats just me!
ETA: actually I do have the zia in red! I forget about it as it lives at my Mums and both have used it

Thanks WM, I've just replied
Sami - I don't see why not, as long as it was only things that are safe to eat hot or cold incase it didn't 'cook' them properly iyswim.
Just clearing my cookies to go through nectar and order the red oneI only have £80 in amazon vouchers so it would be 'real money' I was spending to go above that so ordering the red
