Hi,
I have a business account with Lloyds TSB and have clocked up lots of charges over the last 6 years or so. I wonder if the procedures listed on this site work for business accounts, also can I claim back arangement fees?
Thanks guys!

Has anyone tried reclaiming charges on a business bank account?? Not the ones you signed up for but the £30 a day for example for going over the overdraught limit plus referal charges on top etc etc. Let me know please if this is a posibility. Pennyanne0

Yes you can. The business account thread on this site contains a lot of recommendations to go to the Consumer Action Group site for detailed information on business accounts so you may wish to use those threads for advice and help. You need to register but it is free and the business account thread on that site is here:

The rules are slightly different with business accounts as are the charges you can reclaim and you may find you are entitled to claim more than you thought in this case. I dont know why they would expect you to list refunded monies if it bears no relevance to your claim and your claim is entirely for charges that you have checked against refunds. Odd
I'd advise to do some reading on the CAG thread and perhaps write to void your previous request and make a corrected request for charges to be refunded under the regulations governing business accounts. This is a straightforward way to get out of what your wrote previously without making apology or admittance of your error initally
