  • evening girls,

some ins to declare, my lovely OH surprised me at the weekend with the Soap & Glory vanity case gift set from Boots so I now have a lovely stash of S&G bath and body products to pamper myself with, was well chuffed.

Also declaring a UU - Tresemme 24hr volume hairspray - wiba - yes, this gives amazing volume, just a pity it's so expensive.

yes, it's called the All Round Her Bag and has 5 full sized products in it : righteous butter, girliglo, calm one calm all bubble bath, clean on me shower gel and scrub of your life.

I'm feeling very spoiled at the moment!

Can someone help me pls? Where will I find the other challenges you refer to in your sigs? Thanks

I do this one as well - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2697705

my 2 weaknesses (well actually 2 of my many) are Pret lunches and toiletries!!!

One UU - Aussie Hair Insurance leave in spray conditioner. WIBA Yes and will. Have got a Nicky Clarke one in my stash so will buy another after that.

Ins - BF doesn't like his elvive conditioner that he bought so he gave to me.
Also my perfum parlour smellalikes came and yes I do feel a bit guilty but they are so good and cheap!!
Since starting again after beanie: June 2016: Child development DVDs, Massive Attack tickets. July: Aberystwyth trip, hotmilk nightie. Aug: £10 Hipp Organic vouchers, powerpack. September: Sunglasses. October: £30 poundland vouchers.
  • Argh - not really related but I forgot how much Quinoderm irritates! Now got red, itchy, taut dry skin all over my chin where my spots are. Great. I know from past experience it will go, and so will the spots, but I would quite like to stick my head in the freezer at the moment and drown it with oil!!

    Evening all

Hope everyone's challenge is going well.

I am doing well. I have 2 more UU's to report. John Frieda's Weather proofing schampoo. I used to love this product since I have frizzy hair but I am no longer living along the coast so the hair isn't particularly frizzy anymore so now I am glad to get rid of it. Also, used up Jergens Extra softening hand cream, I thought this was a lovely product but wont be buying for now since have several other hand creams in stock.

I took advantage of the £5 off voucher at BS and bought an eyeshadow and a rollon. Managed to get 2 samples as well, one for carrot cream and this is a fab cream and really cheap and one for a cherry shower gel.

Did anyone else receive a free sample of LE's schampoo and conditioner? I really loved using this so will be buying once I have use up my current schampoo.

I now have £54 in my pot since joining this challenge, which I am really pleased about.

    Good luck with the challenge.

  • Wow, I'm really impressed that you've put away £54, Becky! I might start putting a pound away when I use up something as well, then I can splash out when I run out of everything.
On a similar note, have finished up a pack of dental floss. Not very exciting, but glad I finished something up by the end of September!

2 more UU - a revolting body exfoliator - I don't know who made it - only finished it because it felt like my duty to obliterate it :rotfl: And a tube of Crest. Hopefully some more things will splutter soon :A
