Virgin don't have anything to do with running the festival, they just sponsor it. The festival is run by SJM Concerts and Metropolis Music.
SJM Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales with Company Number 2686954. Registered Office: Emery House, 192 Heaton Moor Road, Stockport SK4 4DU.

You couldn't have done much research if you didn't know the toilets were going to be out-of-this-world disgusting. They are vile. But it's part of the festival experience...
If you think about how many people are using them - you are lucky if they are still in one piece.0
