  • I have a lovely bruise on my knee, ankle hurts and I think I have pulled muscle (if I actually have one) plus a bruise on my hand that make me look dirty.

!!!!!! is all I can say.

In other news, I have decided to do a little 100 day challenge. I am going to start on Saturday and finish on 2nd May.

I am going to aim to lose one stone during this time and get my debts done to below 1000 pounds.

I have tried WW this week and its been too difficult. I have changed when I have my driving lessons to Fri and Sat instead so I can get to the shop to buy healthy stuff. or food that is low in points. I have some exercise plans

there is more to decide on but I am sleepy so need to do some school work and stop staring at the phone.

    Nevertheless she persisted.
  • So sleepy and cannot sit on the computer all night, have a bit of marking to do. Had parents evening and it was ok, I just feel things aren't right there at the moment. Can't really put my finger on it.

I am once more hanging on for the weekend, am desperate for it. I don't honestly think this is a good way to carry on. I have said it before and will say it again I MUST be more organised. I am almost always chasing my tail over something or worried about being "found out" on some trivial thing.

I have written a weekly plan (again). I think the big problem I have is that I cannot accept that I will always be behind.

I want instant results! (don't we all)

    any see you later

Little totals up date - 3974 loan, 665 for CC

Must put stuff on e bay on the weekend

I have no idea where January has gone either.

today was fine right up untill I fell over. Ankle/foot went on wet floor, knee met with concrete. I was on my own when it happened but the corridor soon filled with people. So EMBARRASSING. and my knee hurts. It was such a shock one minute I was fine the next wham and hello concrete.

On the bright side I did get out of a meeting. Mind you I would really rather not look like a total prat in front of everyone.

    xx

It does happen to us all Buffy. I went to get off one of those bar stools in the uni library the other day. Started getting off and basically got my heel caught on the wrong side of the metal bar on the stool. Spectacularly fell off it from about 4ft.

I think just so long as you don't do it every day

Oh Buffy - I know. There is no way out of the marking/work nightmare except through - just try your best to start the marking earlier at night.

Take heart that there is an end in sight sweetie. I can't see any other options right now, especially with jobs being slashed. Hard not to feel really down about it. xxxx

  • I'll do a 100 day challenge with you. Take it you mean start today?

I haven't done one before, what kind of things are we working towards or can it be anything?

Hello! I love some company, that would be greatxxx

They started here by the Pap the genuis who organised them to pay off a debt in 100 days, then it was I think not buying stuff (or maybe that came first? I can't remember)Anyhow they morphed into a sort of goals challenge on Memory girl's thread. I think they run one on their other forum (for business stuff) and some of us have committed to one at the moment starting on different days but ending at the end of April/beginning of May.

Mine starts today and finishes on the second of May. I wanted to start on a weekend so I could sort a few things out.

Am watching the Britney Spears Glee special. Its FANTASTIC. I love Britney Spears.

    Anyway back to my point!

My aims for the next 100 days are as follows

    1. To keep a food diary for at least two weeks to work out my eating habits and my downfalls

    2. To get my debts down to below a 1000 pounds.

    3. To lose a stone

    4. To have work organised. Up to date resources in proper folders, paperwork like payslips filed so I can chase up the student loans company.

    5. To record my exercise for two weeks (look at how many steps I do - back to the annoying walk with me programme on the DS)

    6. To go out more to meet men and date. I am getting over the ex.

There is more but Mum is talking to me so I have to go.

    see you later

    Buffy

PS sorry about not replying directly to everyone I am out of time

All sounds good Buffy (similar aims to me) but please don't set the bar too high - you will get disheartened and give up! I have decided to make my main focus for the next 2 or 3 months my weight and getting fitter and just let everything else take care of itself - then move onto something else I want to tackle rather than trying to do everything at once! ;)
