Ooooh I wish! If not weeeellllll before then. I dont like feeling the way I do, its a waste of time. Must move on and accept that although I would love to get back together (and hope we do) I have to live and let what will be,be.
Blah blah blah, sorry I just write down the same stuff all the time! Looking forward to the days when I can look back on these posts and think 'aww glad I dont feel like that anymore' And by that I mean I'll be happy and content, not feeling worse:rotfl:0 -
My aims for the next 100 days are as follows
1. To keep a food diary for at least two weeks to work out my eating habits and my downfalls
I have kept one for this week, essentially my problem is late night eating to stay awake whilst working late.
2. To get my debts down to below a 1000 pounds.
Payments happening early next week. I think so long as I don't go nuts in France I can manage thi.
3. To lose a stone
This is going to be tough. working lots irregular meals late night eating
4. To have work organised. Up to date resources in proper folders, paperwork like payslips filed so I can chase up the student loans company.
That starts tomorrow with the filing.
5. To record my exercise for two weeks (look at how many steps I do - back to the annoying walk with me programme on the DS)
I carried my tracker thing all week. pretty bad!!
6. To go out more to meet men and date. I am getting over the ex.
This is hard, I have missed him so much this week. ugh. However I was meant to go out tonight and my friend and I will rearrange. Next Saturday I am out with people from work, not sure its a great idea! might be expensive
7. Once I have assessed the food and exercise situation make a plan to improve both, bascially I am going along the lines of 5 pieces of fruit and vegetables and an exercise video? or one of my (many) walking programmes or or fitness dvds. I am not sure I could follow a specific diet or eating programme. We shall see what results the food diary brings.
I don't think I need 2 weeks, I think from Monday the aim will be 5 fruit and veg a day. Haven't weighed this week. One new habit a week health wise me thinks.
8. Use the conservatory for work.
All work is out there! its a start. And I worked there during the week.
9.Make enough extra money to buy a Wii and get the wii fit/sport package. Two of my friends have it, one was a gym bunny and now uses it instead and thinks it great and the other one has lost almost a stone since doing its daily programme. I shall start looking for the cheapest price, hope its on Amazon and get back on bingo port.
Done all surveys upto date, got £15 already.
10. Work on my MA each week.
I haven't done anything about that this week. hmmm. still got tomorrow but have loads to do......
Overall I have had a good Fri/Sat, went to the cinema last night, the King's Speech was utterly brilliant. I was very moved by Colin Firth's protrayal of the King. so good. And today, the dentist
Sunday is going to devoted to work of all kinds which is fine by me. I really dislike Sundays! So work is a good distraction.
see you tomorrow folks

Love all the plans - here's to a successful 100 days! It's got me honking about what I could do. I used to join Magni's 100 days 'give up something/not buy/use up/try to do more' thread and loved it. It was quite motivational. Will go off and think about my 100 days to start when I get back off my holiday (1 March).
Good luck for tomorrow - I too have a loooooonnnnnng list!
'night!

100 days is looking great :T.
I missed some decent paying surveys this week as I was too busy working, but I should be able to keep an eye on them this week. I'm waiting for a letter to claim under the sale of goods act for my laptop. I know the shops are paying out and once I get a replacement I'll be able to take out with me a use my mobile dongle for checking them when I have free time. One small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!

Hello all
I get the e mails at work (on my phone) and can't answer them it drives me nuts!!
and Urg, Fedupandskint is running a 100 days give up thread (I have given up buying books and toiletries)
Today was productive
1. guinea pigs cleaned out and bathed (v sulky and damp)
2. fish tanks X4 cleaned out
3. hoovered upstairs
4. cleaned the bathroom
5. cooked and cleaned up after breakfast
6. re potted some house plants
7. general tidying and sorting through out the house.
I need to get my books marked for tomorrow still.
ughhhhhhhhhhh. Its going to be one hell of week too.
Just as an aside, I was reading today about why we do things we don't want to do or that don't get us the results we want, short term gratification is the motivator - the staying in bed when you should get to work early, the marking first thing instead of doing EVERYTHING else first!
I suppose I am very much into short term gratification, the debts, the choices I make. Any how it struck a cord with me.

Ooh nice busy day! Sounds like Spring is in the air reading that
As for marking...why don't you turn off the computer now, do the marking, then come back on here later - light of step and with a happy heart telling us it's all done!
Go on, do it now0
