Hi Buffy
I've not been around much the past few months, but it's good to see you're still fighting the debt and tackling everything that's thrown at you.
Before Christmas, i decided to get a new credit card @ 0% for purchases. Would you be able to do something like that for the holiday? Then you'd have longer to pay if off, without having to pay interest and hopefully not slow down paying off the rest of the debt too much. You would still need to make a monthly payment, but at 0% i would just do the minimum until you were about to start paying interest.
With regards to the excercising - i'm a lazy slob.
Yup, i admit it. I have an excercise machine that probably needs dusting before i use it, but i've become disorganised and my room is a mess - so can't set it up. I was watching the One Show recently however and saw something that may save me. A study (and tested on the show too) showed that running at a steady pace for 20 mins, 3 days a week is less effective than short bursts of activity. Your fitness will actuall increase more if you run flat out for 30 secs, rest for 30, run for 30, rest... (basically repeat 4 times so you run for 2 min and est for 2). This would take up less time and improve fitness levels more than doing an hour of jogging a week. I'm thinking of doing that and on the off days, doing only core strengthening excercises. I found (long ago) that if you have poor core muscles that you do not get the full benefit of excercise and are liable to get more injuries.
Anyway, i've prattled on for long enough. Hopefully after 18 months, you'll be able to see a clear way ahead with what you want and need (yes, what you want - you need to be selfish sometimes). Good luck with the getting ofsteded news too - sounds painful. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91

I don't know about you, but once I've cleaned the bathroom, I feel kind of cleansed myself! Cleaning is definitely good for the soul (that's what I tell myself anyway )
