Hi Buffy,
Remember you do continue to burn calories after exercise at a higher rate for about a day. Do take that into consideration and not kill yourself.
You're looking good though and now you've got rid of some of your unhelpful moaning baggage things can only get better (nice mental visualisation of Brian Cox).

I like a bit of Brian Cox! Although (sappy alert) I hope the ex texts today. I miss him. I have arranged to go on date next Saturday but my heart is not really in it, I love him. sighs.
Need to put a list on here to get it sorted, had an upset tummy this afternoon, not done alot, sorted out some dead house plants and the bird feeders, then in horrible pain. I do wonder if it is because I have eaten so much food the last two day compared to the rest of the week.
Mum is driving me a bit bats, she doesn't mean to but I am realising I really need my own space like SERIOUSLY. Yesterday when I didn't feel well I stayed in bed, she did the washing and hoovering and stuff, with lots of oh you're still in bed type remarks (well ok 2 but you know!) Today I can see she is annoyed cos I got up to do stuff and was going to have a shower tonight (I have to clean various animals out!) and she has just looked at the time in a ooo its nearly six and you haven't done anything. Everything has to be done to her schedule and it gets me down so much. I forget really but it is always like this after the holidays. Its like a big reminder of what I don't have. All my stuff has to be shoved in bags and leaving a pot plant in water has caused an argument.
I know I need to get out of debt before anything changes. But change it must.

Cleaning out the Guinea pigs, well I moved their cage and was hoovering round it when it felt like my legs were going to give way, they didn't but I had a huge pain in my lower back and could hardly move.
its no better two hours later and I do not like it! I appreciate how obvious that sounds. I stretched and laid out on the floor and having been applying hot and cold stuff. Now taken two pain killers.
It has completely messed up my sunday.
Plus my friend has texted me and said that the head thinks we are going to be Ofsteded this year. !!!! me That will finish me off.
Been looking at Swim fit classes for after work. apparently its good for bad backs?

Hey Buffy - backs can be a weird thing. Maybe you need to give it a rest. A friend damaged her back and hd to be bed ridden for two weeks. Hope it isn't too serious or painful.
Re parents - I can sympathise. I have just spent the afternoon with dad trying to get him to review his fixed ideas of travel and our trip next month! Once he did get it, it was his idea! Sometimes you just want to throw your hands up in the air!
Rest that back and hope the dicky tummy is ok now.

Right should be marking.
Must kick the ex out of my life. I am feeling awful because although we went out Wednesday and I was so happy, he hasn't been in touch since Thursday.
I had a great weekend (out Fri an Sat) hurt my back which was a pain.
But all I have thought about is him, checking the phone, wondering, hoping, wishing. Pathetic
It is !!!!ing humilating.
HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ME WHY CAN'T I SEE IT AND GET ON WITH MY LIFE?????
Deleted all his text messages and will now delete his number. There is no point. I cannot let this idiot come back after TWO years and do this. I am sorry if this sounds daft but my life is very hard (my own choice at the moment with two jobs and learning to drive and doing a Masters etc) but I don't need this !!!!. I honestly don't.

Hugs to you Buffy. You sound like you need to start loving yourself. You're an amazing person and don't need to be defined or validated by your ex or anyone else.
You're worth so much more
I'm such a bl00dy Bridget Jones, I'm trying to wrack my brains for the right book for you to read - but you don't sound like you have the time! Maybe listen to some positive affirmations before you go to sleep to let the messages go in subliminally? (Apologies if that's lame, just wanted to say something to make you feel better)
Take care xxx0 -
