    Hi Buffy, just read your bit about weight and men and have to ask a question of you. If your ex was not a man but a woman and someone you had once called a friend, would you let them treat you in this way? I'm sure you wouldn't. I know it's hard but cold turkey and acting busy is the answer. In time (and you can't see it yet) you will actually start to realise that you deserve better.

    Going to turn counsellor and ask if ex is the best you think you deserve as you feel you are carrying extra weight ie is your head saying 'hot guys wont fancy me anyway, i'm too big and any man is better than nothing so I'll put up with ex'! Could be way off the mark but I don't think I am from reading your posts.

    You need to be in the right place to lose weight or it wont work, same with debtbusting. After the LBM comes the 'Right I'm doing this' bit and it's hard but it WILL fall into place. Beleive in yourself and do whatever it takes to make you feel better. We're all rooting for you X

    I just love Disney full stop. You have to go on the tower of terror and the rock and rollercoaster! In fact go on everyting, its all wonderful.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    I'm thinking of taking DD's back in there in April - we had such a fantastic time when we went in December but didn't get to do much because of the snow.

    Space mountain scared the living hell out of me...DD's on the other hand got off and ran straight round to queue again! Madness!
