Not good enough. Ring tomorrow to make an appointment in half term.

  • Hello Shoe Gal! sorry folks work got super busy and I just didn't have time to update. I haven't made the doctors appointment but to be honest I think I often work 10-12 hour days with out eating/drinking very much at all. I sleep 5/6 hours a night and when I do it my diet is !!!!!. As I have bored you all to tears with I am stressed out of my tree for the most part.

This break is going to be about sorting some of that stuff out. I went to bed Friday at about 1, woke naturally at 9, went to sleep last night at 2, woke up at 10. I clearly need to sleep more so will be going to bed early from today (you heard it here first!) I also need to drink more water, Thur/fri I had nothing to drink all day and that is not unusual. I don't eat breakfast and my lunch is normally a packet of crisps and what ever I can grab - biscuits, more crisps (sometimes pasta and a salad the week after I was ill i managed that for four days running and felt better) . Its amazing I haven't passed out for crying out loud!!

It SO lovely to be on holiday.

I had a total day off yesterday didn't leave the house, didn't do any thing other then plan a tiny bit of Christmas stuff and watch tv. House was a tip (did a fly lady special this morning and cleaned downstairs in 45 mins) and it was marvellous.

Today I have to go Morrisions (like NOW!) and do my shopping, I am going to use the slow cooker to make dinner as my cooker is broken(new one coming Thursday) and I hope to spend some time in the garden.............doing gardening type things. The fushias seem to have been done by the frost we had during the week but other then checking up on plants I shall weed and dig the flower beds.

    !!!!!! it is 12.30 already!

    see you all later

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

That sounds very sensible Buffy! A few weeks of eating properly, establishing a regular sleeing pattern and drinking plenty of water - will reap massive rewards.
Good for you and enjoy your week off :) x
