yay!finally got our tickets! tried getting them at 9am (when everyone else was having ago) and finally gave up after a while. went grocery shopping then came back to book online again. well, i guess they sorted it out because i got through straightaway. to those who haven't booked theirs yet, now is probably the best time to do it as i see from the posts, most have been able to book online. see you at harrods!0

Got my tickets for dec 23rd finally after hours of trying- phoned them up and waited for 25mins for someone to answer. Online performance has finally been sorted (or has demand dropped? lol).. It is now very responsive.
The problem now is that most weekends seem to be fully booked (although system reports Excellent availability).. I finally managed to book Sat 27th Nov..
We went last year with the kids and they loved it - hopefully my efforts will be appreciated. 0 -
