Heads up for Harrods Grotto tickets 2010:)

Hey guys,
Last year was a complete shambles, and its that time of year again, 23 days till you can book your tickets for the Christmas grotto at harrods.
You HAVE to be a reward card holder to book tickets, my advice, register for one now to save the hassle on the day as your PC will be on a go slow anyway!

Just looked online and it says you must be a Harrods account holder. Crazy!! I'm not opening a new credit account just to see Santa. Selfridges it is.0

You don't need to open an account, it's a reward card a bit like boots or nectar0

Iv just tried to order, got as far as choosing a date and the page crashed on me and wont refresh! Website keeps saying to wait for 16seconds....well its been five mins and still not luck! So dont hold your breath people0 -
The site isn't looking to good, it's going really slow and it has just crashed my computer, had to start again and it's going even slower now:(0

Same here - got to choosing the date and got the confirmation page saying that I needed to hit the confirm button with 10 minutes to secure my slot...except there was no confirm button and now it has crashed...AAAAHHHHHH!!!0

I can get as far as choosing number of people....but cant change from November calendar to December - very frustrating. Tried four times now and it just keeps coming back to November0

I had the same problem, i think the whole website just has too many people on it than it can handle! Wish harrods would sort it out though!0
