I have the same thing - cannot believe it is not better organised after last year - its part of Christmas for me going with my kids to Harrods - think I might give Selfridges a go this year instead!

I eventually got through to someone - must be main switchboard and they put me through to an automated message which told me to hang up later - oh well...good luck everyone!

Must be as when i went to book ours there was a 'good' rather than excellent amount amount of tickets left. Really annoyed as i put card details in and there was an error on the site
