They've done it again.. How can a store that prides themself on being the best in the UK not manage to run a decent service once a year... It was the same last year, in the end they pulled the issueing of tickets and tried again a few days later.. Last year I managed to get my tickets over the phone on the day they started, but it seems today they dont want to talk to anybody..0

I got through to someone after leaving it to ring for 10 mins and she put me through to the stupid automated message.0 -
rubbish isn't it. You would have thought they'd have done a trial run to see if the website worked - then they wouldn't have so many people trying to ring about it. It's a simple thing, I only want to book for December, not bloody November!!!!
Waited long enough to get to that part too. I had a loyalty card or whatever it is from last year, tried to type it in, and it didn't recognise it. So that was a waste of time too!!0 -

I'd be happy to book for November, but there is no option to book once you pick your date.. also, everything is showing up as "excellent" availability, which I dont think is the case - so I dont think the system works at all..0

I'm a graduate web designer/developer and I can see many problems with the grotto website which could be easily solved if the people responsible for the website planned better and coded the site better all of which I can easily spot.
Main problem amount of traffic on the site and people sending requests to the website, cloud hosting which would enable higher resources to be allocated to the site for this big launch day.
Maybe I should build their grotto site next year then there wouldn't be a ton of complaints for them to deal with
