    Check the number on your tickets, I booked for 2 adults 3 children however my ticket came through for just 1 adult.

    I phoned them, and they have re-issued the ticket for me thankfully.

    If you do need to phone them, a message comes up saying they can't connect you as its too busy, you then get routed to the switchboard, if you then ask for the Grotto they put you through, you may have to hold for a few minutes to be answered though.

    When I clicked on order history on the grotto page, it came up with me having two bookings. One I wanted and had printed off, no idea where the other came from as it had wrong number of people, though it cancelled on payment screen twice. Trying to call them to make sure card has only been debited once.
    No buying unnecessary toiletries/makeup in May: Unnecessary spend £17.60

    Change that, the booking reference which I thought was right, and was according to ticket printed at the time, came through on my email, with the wrong number of children. But still different to that weird extra booking which only had 3 adults??!

    Yes, but when you log into your account you do have the option to print again and mine was the correct date and also there is a link on the email confirmation when that comes through.

    This site is annoying, just got home from work and trying to find a slot is a mare, it says on lots of them limited but everyone i click on says no space left! Wish they would keep it updated, making it hard to find a slot
