Rang the number only to get a recorded message saying try again later online, saying the site is having an unprecedented amount of hits!!!

Has everybody just given up with the website now??? It's clearly not being updated as still shows 'Excellent' for all days and that can't be right can it?!The very best things in life ... are free!

I've booked online and printed out my E tickets, it just said click here to print out tickets so Idid, took about half an hour.
Not had an email, but guess I don't need one if I have printed out the tickets from the site.0 -
just this second booked on the web..had the november dates up with the beginning of december so chose 5th december i wouldn;t dare change the month again to be waiting and i have just printed my e-ticket off..my window has been open though and refreshing since 10am..so you will get through eventually..had no joy at all on the phone even after speaking to someone0

I got through to the payment part of the website and it errored after the details were put in :mad:.
Just called, and tried about 20 times to get through. Asked nicely for Grotto and put through only to be cut off after a minute or so. Tried again and after 5 tries got put through again, this time a 25 minute wait before speaking to a lovely lady. Got my preferred date and time.
As for confirmation, the nice lady said it could take up to 2 weeks for tickets to be emailed.Pants0
