Got tickets on the telephone, YAY, three hours quicker than last year!!! GL all!0

!!!!!!......
Have got as far as the allocation AND the confirm button appears. BUT the blasted thing just states "loading" again and reverts back to the allocation. All the while the timer is counting down.....
But each hour, something new happens. So on this assumption, I should have tickets by 4pm....0 -
Just got through on the phone line and the lady just told me to try again later - If I get through later and they are out of places I am going to have a right bloody go.0

Just wanted to share my wonderful experience last year!
I went in december 2010 and met the best looking troll-like elf ever. So cute too!
Pity Al Fayad retired this year0 -
keep trying the telephone line and make sure they know that you keep getting through to the confirm stage and there is no confirm button appearing. Be very polite and try to engage with your answerer to keep them on your side. Use a confident, firm tone and have a smile in your voice. save the complaining for when you have tickets!0

Almost got there. All the way to confirming the tickets and it crashed :@
Lets start again0 -
I got through on phone, was on hold for about 20 minutes. Then very helpful lady. Got date and time I wanted, seem to have plenty of choice.:j0

3 hours wasted, I'm giving up, I've had enough. I've got better things to do. What a waste of a morning. Wouldn't mind so much if you were actually put into a queue and had to wait for a while to speak to someone, but you get through and they tell you to try later. Can't we form an orderly queue on the phone?!0
