Have Just got through to page asking me to click to confirm button. Third time I have got to hear and still no button to click. Have tried licking on the little red cross in the bottom right corner

YAY GOT MINE

I did it over the telephone too - just keep trying - the number is 0207 893 8877 you will go through to the switchboard who will then transfer you - most of the time you will get a message saying hang up and try again later but just keep trying and eventually you will get put on hold (I had to wait 20 mins).

Timed out again! Am now on hold for the helpline. Can't believe I am doing this again after last year! I have now dedicated 6 hours of my life to getting Harrods Grotto tickets.

The switchboard (got put through there due to the volumn of calls) refused to put me through, just asked me to use the website.

Have just just booked four tickets over the phone. Just kept trying the tel number and got through to a message saying I was in the queue for the grotto team (didn't go through to switchboard, so maybe keep trying that number).

I got that too and I keep geting booking confirmed slot thing come up and then error :mad:
