If you are in the queue, dont give up I keep phoning and cant get anywhere near the queue.

I've got a meeting at the school at 10 past 1 so i know will have to give up eventually.

Not sure if this is a good sign, the time slot earlier still had plenty of vacancies, now says will let you know if this time is fully booked

I have got as far as picked my slots but there is no "confirm" button!!
