Well i got the 10 min countdown page and ran out of time as it wouldnt get past loading !!!!!!

Same here - the allocation page just timed out without a confirmation page. Then it wont let me go back and re-allocate a slot!! So having to log in again....

i got through to being transferred to someone ....... and accidentally pressed the wrong button on the phone and cut them off!! argh!!!
