I managed to book last year but am having no luck. It is a shame as didn;t make it last year due to snow and my oldest one won't believe next year. has anyone booked anything or got through on the phone recently

Gemma are you trying to book Nov or Dec? Im gutted as we booked November and if dont get tickets theres nothing else open, at least if you have booked end Nov/dec there is the winter wonderland etc. I dont know what we will do as already have train tickets and non refundable hotel. Didnt imagine it would be this difficult im giving up in 15 mins as we are on holiday atm and i cant spend all day trying
