Think the site has gone down now0

We don't arrive into London until the 23rd and hubby says it would be madness to get the train from his folks down to London on Xmas Eve so I'm gutted as I've never been in London at Xmas.
So on a side note, don't suppose anyone knows when Bluewater open the reservations for their grotto as that would be handier to us?
Last year it was on HDUK on 22nd October so I guess around this time.0 -
Would take my daughter to Selfridges but then she wouldn't believe anymore, because the real santa is always at Harrods since she was 4. She is 10 now and I think she still believes but wouldn't be surprised if she is having me on because she loves going to Harrods and she loves big chocolate coins.0

Oh god I want to cry now.
We've paid out nearly £200 so far on this weekend to London to "go and see Santa at Harrods" and it's all looking like it's just gone down the drain.0 -
Argh!! Been on since 9.10 this morning.
Its a farce. And irritating. But I will prevail!0 -

No dont cry, if we are not getting through I doubt very much many people are, I'm trying to book for the 4 December.0 -
It's also wondering when to give it a break and come back to it later.... or not as the case may be!0

I managed to book last year but am having no luck. It is a shame as didn;t make it last year due to snow and my oldest one won't believe next year. has anyone booked anything or got through on the phone recently0

I suppose if all else fails, if you haven't already told your children that you plan to see santa in london, you could go to harrods santa grotto on the day without the children, and ask if they have had any cancellations and if they can fit you in. If not, then try Selfridges?
Worth a try.0
