Peternet you are online, we can see you!

Can you answer our questions (see above posts since last time you were here rather than at your desk rubber-stamping payments from victims and counting your cash). Our viewpoint is that UKCPS rips off disabled drivers who display a badge upside down that they don't even have to display.

    Please can you respond?

Please could you tell us all which particular case UKCPS and CPS turned up together? Give some credible evidence to your claims!

Talking about credible evidence, can you give us some of those many cases you claim that went to court and you won, you know that if its defended your attempt to penalise motorists are thrown out of court because its actually illegal for a private company to issue a penalty to a private individual.

Also parking bays in private car parks are advisory only, as you know! Your attempts to harass people to pay is illegal, you also have no loss as you are not the land owner, basically you and your ilk are a blight and serve no useful purpose at all.

your terms and conditions of parking are not legal, because you cannot determine if the driver of the vehicle has agreed to them, as they would need to read them on entry, does every car park you lurk in have a facility for the driver to pull over read your sign, and then accept them ?

Finally you can only go after the driver of the vehicle , the RK very often is not the driver, so once they have told you they are not the driver, they have no legal reason to give you the details of who is driving, which means any further contact is harassment and illegal.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

And if they do pull over to read them they will often get clamped, not necessarily by UKCPS and CPS of course.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

Surely some summaries for those court cases would be possible? Details as opposed to the usual "look it up if you don't believe me".

Peter Haswell here is yet another example (taken from another thread) of your company victimizing a disabled motorist for making a simple mistake. Are you proud of the way your company operates? I can't think how you can sleep at night with such behaviour :-

Hi wonder if anyone can give me some advice I was on deepdale retail park yesterday parked in a disabled bay, I got out my blue badge the picked up my bag , I forgot to display it in the window and left it on the seat. When i came out of the shop 5 minutes later i had a parking ticket. I drove straight to the hut and explained and asked they had seen my disabled tax which they said they did but still had to issue me with a fine. please tell me what I should do.
I do know it should have been displayed but I genuinely forgot.

Still no details about these 'court cases' that none of us have ever heard of.
  • Had a letter from UKCPS - rang them up - I said my car was parked in car park in question - does that make a difference that I have admitted what they are trying to scam from me?
