I've had enough! No time for these INTRUDERS to cause further anguish in my personal life!
UKCPS can do what NO decent man would do!
If it takes my lifes savings then............SO BE IT!!!
These People...This so called Company...can take a HIKE!

I will not tolerate any more!

It was enough that my daughter had lived through a dreadful and life changing experience with a spinal cord injury.
Life thereon for all of the immediate family changed!
So much of what we had known had altered and acceptance of this was not easy - Supporting my daughter in a variety of ways was difficult enough without the added burden of this kind of 'THING'
I am now being hounded BY UKCPS for money which is paramount to highway robbery!
I will NOT RELENT - MAINLY because - there has been NO offence commited . SEE ME IN COURT!!! I am now so very disturbed and angry about this matter- I will go to the end of the earth to seek JUSTICE

I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's injury , I hope she is getting all the help she needs with this, I can see that you are helping a lot which must mean so much for her,

In regards to the ticket, they will not take you to court as they would lose, there is no debt, they can be completely ignored as they are powerless to act, also they are harrassing you, please follow coupon's advice above and report them for this, don't let these scumbags dominate your life.

Now rest easy and don't worry and stress over this, you have enough things to do with helping your daughter and your own life to let this take over your life.

I have forwarded Zita's posting to Mobilise asking for their comments. I doubt if they will reply. It appears that the truth is too painful for them to acknowledge the harm being done to the charity by this association with UKCPS.

Just been in touch with the Daily Mail re. article yesterday, saying that the journalist Rebecca Camber should take a look at this forum and Pepipoo to see exactly what a 'high calibre' charity mobilise is, feeding from the ill gotten gains of a company (ethical) such as UKCPS.

UKCPS are Corporate members of Mobilise. In helping to counter disabled parking bay abuse we believe it is vital to work alongside organisations, such as Mobilise, so we can fully understand the needs of disabled motorists.UKCPS are developing a working partnership with the disabled drivers' charity Mobilise. Currently we are working on the following initiatives; UKCPS forge relationship with disabled motorist charity Mobilise

• 1. UKCPS are sponsoring the Mobilise BAYWATCH survey. This is a major annual survey, carried out by Mobilise members, of disabled bay provision and abuse. Currently it covers supermarkets but it is intended to extend to all forms of private parking. Because there is no specific legislation regarding disabled bay provision or use on private land Mobilise consider it important to raise awareness of the issues with all parties.
• 2. UKCPS will offer, on appeal, a discounted payment to blue badge holders not displaying a blue badge. In return we will fund 1 year membership of Mobilise. The discounted charge will be £44 (from the £100 parking charge) to cover our Administration costs and Mobilise membership fee. The reasoning behind this is to encourage the correct use of the blue badge and to raise awareness amongst disabled motorists that the scheme has positive benefits to them.
• 3. Mobilise to give an 'employee of the month' certificate as an external reward to a member of the UKCPS team in recognition of good customer service.
• 4. Mobilise to help in the implementation of a detailed UKCPS training package for patrol officers in 'Disabled Parking Abuse'. Mobilise will provide input into the training materials including counterfeit badges and correct monitoring of disabled bays.
• 5. UKCPS are able to use Mobilise's expertise to obtain impartial advice in parking abuse situations. We see this of great value in offering a fair appeals process.
• 6. With our working partnership we are in a strong position to offer our expertise to private landowners and managing agents in all aspects of disabled parking provision including the number of bays provided and the appropriate markings on the bays and the location of bays. For example disabled bays for those people using motorised wheelchairs do not always have to be near the entrances to retail units - areas in less used parts of the car park can be used for this, releasing some of the spaces nearer the shops for mother and baby or normal parking use.
• 7. UKCPS will host the Mobilise 'northern forum'. These forums are an opportunity for all 'sides' in the parking spectrum to come together to raise concerns so that there is a greater understanding of all the issues surrounding parking.
