Metro Penalty Fare Notice

I have seen copies of PCNs they are available on a website, as I can't yet post links just google Metro pfn and foi request. It should come up (fingers crossed).

At no point on either side of the document does it state that an admin charge will be levied if the PF is not paid within 21 days, it only states that legal proceedings may be taken against you.

As for GeordieRacer, obviously a Newcastle fan as they live in their own little delusional worlds, he has missed that many points I am beginning to wonder if he is a former Jarvis track inspector.

No chance! I live in the area and the majority of the folks that do get caught have actually dogged their fares!

I Know by own experience that the Metro people in this area are more than helpful on queries regarding ticket issues. Please STOP!!! soiling your own door mat and next time give your daughter sufficient funds to pay her fare (the excuse of wearing 'tight leggings at the age of fourteen or so and therefore had was forced to surrender her ticket to a friend who wore only slightly more.. really doesn't hit it for me)

Perhaps the upset father who launched to OP should take more care in making sure that his daughter(s) wear sufficient clothing, which would give them the opportunity to carry items as little as a humble Metro Ticket, the next time they hit town?

Congratulations, although I fear with an attitude like that you or your daughter will probably end up in court one day for a similar offence, what with your feel of invinsibility. I think the only reason they took no further action would probably be because of the age of your daughter.
