I've done the crispy shredded chicken which wasn't bad.The sauce was very, very sweet so would probably use less honey next time.

I made the doner kebab tonight for dinner tomorrow, I'm afraid dinner is gonna be pitta with salad. We decided to taste the meat and ended up polishing the lot off :o:o:o Not sure if it tasted like kebab meat (its been soooooo long since I had some) but it was good
I plan on trying the KFC receipe , used to be my fave fast food, so looking forward to that

Thanks to everyone who posted pics, made my mouth water yummm

I made the Southern Fried Chicken again tonight but with strips of chicken breast instead of portions. Last time I made it everyone said it was nice but not like KFC, I remembered someone on here said something about adding some Chinese 5 Spice so I added about half a teaspoon of that and apparently it makes all the difference, OH and DD said it was delicious.

I made the banana muffins yesterday - they are delish!! I've got loads of ripe bananas so I've got another batch on the go now!

I think I'm going to try the sweet and sour chicken balls - that photo looked great!

  • Hi everyone

I bought this book a couple of weeks ago, and so far I have made:

    Big Mac
    Quarter Pounder with Cheese
    Sausage and Egg Muffins
    Chilli Chicken Chow Mein
    Vanilla Milkshake

and I have been impressed - especially the muffins :D

I was wondering whether someone would be kind enough to PM me the ingredients for the sweet and sour chicken balls and egg fried rice, as I'm at work at the mo, and my books at home, and I really fancy these for tea tonight, and need to see if I need to buy anything extra!

    Thanks in advance
