It mentions Greggs in that article.
Which recipe in the book is supposed to be similar to a Greggs product?
I saw that and thought the same, now if I also had the recipes for Greggs bakery products I would be in seventh heaven. :rotfl:

The only thing so far we didnt like was the Char sui pork:o I have a feeling I added too much sesame oil because thats all I could smell all day when it was marinating and while it was cooking :undecided0

I thought it was the cookies from greggs that they referred to. I thought the article was quite patronising tbh.Lead me not into temptation, I can find the way myself.
wins - peroni bottle opener, peroni bowl, peroni coastersx2 and a vodkat cocktail kit,

I 'sort of' made the b1g m-c yesterday and although it wasnt perfect it was pretty darn good and I think if I had done it properly it would have been as close to perfect as you could get. I decided half an hour before I ate that this is what I was going to do for lunch so the chilling of sauce and burgers wasnt done and I didnt have any onion so it was missed out completely as was the seasoning BUT I am still happy with the results and next time I will follow the recipe properly Emma  Emma
