Giz-you have my sympathies, I had enough of ebay buyers that would try it on, and now you can't give them a neg rating its made it 10times worse IMO, how is the dispute going?

@bellabear is this true? I never knew you can't give buyers negs. I haven't left any feedback for her yet. OMG I just looked there is indeed only the option to leave positive! That's crazy. Not even a neutral?! I don't leave feedback until I've had feedback and know the buyer got their item anyway. She won't get any from me.

Anyway, she's caved...after I escalated it to Paypal, they told her she had to send it back at her own cost. And it looks like she is going to. So just waiting now.

In other news, I bought a hypnobirthing book from Playtrade using my play.com vouchers I get from my credit card :money:

Can't wait to start reading it. I got the mongan one, anyone else got it?

Oh we're also thinking about doubling up our clubcard vouchers at Tesco. We have £60 which = £120. Considering getting a moses basket, changing mat and some clothes with it. But still not sure on the moses basket.

Well my mw cannot see me today or tomorrow so suggested I rang another clinic for thurs, they can't see me so they asked me to ring the doc, rang them and they can't help as they don't have the kit to listen to the heartbeat, they suggested I went to a+e :eek:. I'm fairly sure my paranoia doesn't warrant a trip to a+e, so i rang the antenatal clinic at the hospital. conversation went like this:

mw: how far gone are you?
me: 20wks but my scan isn't for another 2 wks
mw: so you're 18 weeks?
me: no, I'm 20 but you have scheduled my 20 wk scan for my 22nd week
mw: ok, what's bothering you?
me: well i'm in an open plan office at the minute and don't really want to go into detail, would much rather come in and talk to someone
mw: I'll ring you back

So i'm still waiting..............

Glad you getting somewhere with ebay.

I used the Marie Mongon book with my ds. i found it so relaxing. Does it come with the cd?
I still have the cd on itunes and tried to send it to Pawpurrs a few weeks ago but I couldnt get it to go.

I got free hyprnobirthing classes through the NHS. I enjoyed all the classes and it made me more chilled out and more connected to the baby and my body. I didnt have time to prepare myself for the actual birth as it was over start to finish in an hour :eek:
but it was maybe all that relaxation that got him out faster.

just discovered am pregnant again, little man is 11 months old next week and my cycle has been all over the place since I stopped EBF in July-ish so not sure how pregnant I am, fairly sure had a period in September, when did I get so hopeless?! DP are both in shock!!

tell me it's not impossible having two under 18 months!:eek::eek:

oh and tell me it's not crazy to be pregnant again so "soon" after an emcs following a failed induction at the end of pregnancy where I was having constant bp monitoring and meds. surely it can't be the same again?

ohh dusty that's appaling!!
a) tis terrible she won't slot you in next 2 days - i'd ring every hour tomorrow to ask if someones cancelled just to p her off!!
b) the antinatel clinic sound like mine for being rubbish!

here is my suggestion (a tip given from when i asked my mat hosp how i change midwives).
- ring your main midwife office - you should have this in your notes (failing that ring your gp and ask them for it)
- ask them to put you through to the head of midwifery/ antinatel services for your county/ area as you want to make a complaint
- i was told i would have to leave a message with her secretary and she'd call me back same day.
- ask for her advice detailing the above.

my guess is you will get an appt tomorrow.

alternatively do you have any walk in centres?? mine has a midwife attached you should be able to see. or if you turn up and see a dr and they can't help they oughta refer you immediatly to mat unit/ epu.

My first 2 are 15 months apart both c-sections with non straight forward pregnancies and I was mad enough to do it a third time. Good luck with the pregnancy hope its complication free for you this time.

Everyone else - cause I can't remember anything I was reading! hope you are all well!

I was at the hospital this morning for my 2nd GTT - fingers crossed for a good result - have to phone in an hour for the result - good thing was thought the midwife took all my routine bloods for 28 weeks at the same time - not got my 28 week check till next week - when I am 29 weeks :cool:, so that saved me being stabbed more than necessary!

Will post later on with my results - fingers crossed for no diabetes!!!

oh just remebered Emsy sooooo exciting - here's hoping that you start soon - amazing that they could touch the head!! was not aware that was the case!
