Better than mentioning your gussett contents on the school run/over the water cooler/with your next door neighbour I always think, hence my excessive sharing!

Discharge certainly increases in pregnancy, but usually odourless unless something more interesting Best to get it checked out, they might do a swab? They thought I had thrush but turned out Group B Strep so I like to get these things seen to. Midwife nightmare me :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

GFH-chuffed your scan went well hun

3 sweeps-well sort of 38 week total failure, closed high cervix, nothing doing. 39 weeks, cervix lower, but closed, so no sweeping. 40 week one today

The plan is for another on Friday and then Monday/Tuesday next week. If he is not out by then (or at least muchos progress made!!) then I think I will start mentally preparing for C/S.

I have a HV anti-natal appointment at home this morning (apparently they have recently started doing these). So I got up early, hoovered, cleaned the bathroom and got washed and put makeup on and she is 45 minutes late so far! Bloody cheek. If I was 45 minutes late for a meeting for my job, the other person would be long gone! It's not like it's late in the day and all her appointments have run over. I could have had a lie in. Rant over.

Dusty - Fingers crossed you can get a late appt with MW. have you got your scan date yet? Having a date to look forward to made it better for me.

Emsy - I hope the third sweep works. You and your MW must be on very friendly terms by now :eek:

And yes, I am at work. I thought it would be ok as I didn't spot last night or when I got up. But if it does get worse I'm deffo out of here and straight to the hospital. Half of me just thinks that I'm at the hospital tomorrow anyway, so I might as well wait. Ah well, we'll see.

Thanks for the well wishes re: Ma Fuzz She went in yesterday had a CT scan to see how much has gone where and will be going down for her op in around 2 hours...so fingers crossed all goes well
As for being a bad Mum...I'm going out to hubbies works xmas do when bubs is about 3weeks old and [EMAIL="i@m"]i'm[/EMAIL] planning on getting ratted:D although will make sure I express enough milk in the run up;) and my Mum can't wait to babysit...although she'll be bringing her entourage(Dad, bro, bro's gf) to help her coz she won't be able to lift bubs on her own!

Not much else to report and really can't remember what has ben said, I'm very self-absorbed and woe is me today:o I'll probs be pretty quiet all week tbh but news of bubs' arrival will be posted on FB so anyone who wants to report any news whenever it may happen feel free

Now come on you bolded ladies...get popping! And Legs...we're waiting on piccies;):)

thanks hun, tho it seams you are going through a pretty rough time of it too at the mo. Have been to my GP who has upped my nighttime anti-hists to 3 a day (so one when i get in, 1 before bed, 1 in middle of night if i wake up). Have also been given double the strength of my steroid creams. Plus been told I am allowed to use my emolant cream 3 times a day not 2 (lol was doing that anyway) She's also trying to bribe my consultant to see me ASAP (i.e. before the 24th december when i was told his next free slot was) and ask him to give me zinc bandages to wear at night, hopefully they will a) stop any itchy legs and b) stop me attacking them with lethel nails all night.

I can overly sympathise on the wet knickers front. I am a paranoid knicker checker after my MC earlier in the year and sooo often I have legged it to the loo feeling very very wet just to find out i have very wet almost wee like discharge. It can also be quite smelly at times too and I'm convinced everyone around me can smell it (yup soo paranoid on that front too), it tends to vanish after a day or 2 tho. if you aren't itchy i wouldn't be overly concerned. I wouldn't have thought it was man juice still prob just baby playing hormone roulette.

2 amusing things.........I am so desperate for a wee, might actually pop (or dribble :rotfl: :rotfl: ) but MW keep giving me a bollocking for not having a sample.........not my flaming fault if you cannot give me a time! I end up going jsut before. And I have run out of pots

My dad has stepped up as of today and is doing morning school run for me now, as it is a royal pain in teh !!!! and I am huge......anyways I have been whinging for about 6 weeks about the constant "have you had it yet" comments. I called him and asked how drop off went, he said "fine, expect about 18 women all asked if you had had it yet......how annoying!!" I had to laugh, I warned him it would be the same every single time he went
