Advised by NCT that hot water (bath/bottle etc) is good in established labour......not early days as it does stop stuff or at least slow it down

LilacPixie - I watched that too! Hmmm, seemed a bit of a coincidence that they got a house just before the baby was born. Anyway, good everything turned out well for them in the end.
Ahhh, not so much of a coincidence as you might think. Council's are never wanting to look bad in the public eye. As soon as the council would've found out that they were going to be on TV then they would've been propelled the family to the top of the list. Seen it here with the homeless charity I work with. There was an article in the local paper about homelessness. One of our regulars who'd been waiting for ages for the Council to approve his housing support (catch 22 - can't get tennancy without letter of confirmation of benefits. can't get letter without tenancy agreement) suddenly found that nothing was too much trouble when the Council saw him in the paper. His letter was all ready for him the next day Call me cynical, but that ain't no coincidence! If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:0 -
Thank you for all the welcome's
Congrats to the ladies who have had scans and found out the sexWe have to wait until 13th December, maybe longer if baby doesn't co-operate at scan, though I have a feeling it's a girl.
