    Hi Nic.........

If you are due 28th April 2011, that means you have 118 in 2011 being preggers. There are 75 days of 2010 left. total 193 days left being preggers. Gestation is 40 weeks i.e 280 days. If you have 193 days left, that means you are 87 days pregnant, therefore 12+3 today.

    I thank you :A

Thanks, I had to read it twice for it to make sense lol.
I won't bother with the ticker calendar thing as it said I was 11+4 today, that's what confused me. I'm happy with the 28th it has a nice feeling about it :)

Im a bit confused about how many weeks I am and the due date I was told at my scan the other day.
The measured 12 weeks exactly and they told me 28th April. I just accepted it.
But I just put the details into a Edd calendar thing and it's says I'm 11+4 today going by the28th as my due date. She was adamant l was 12 weeks on Thursday so I'm 12+3 today?
It's almost a week of difference so not sure what to follow.
If my date stays like that and it's incorrect it could affect being induced etc.

    Am I missing something?

At my 12 weeks they gave me a due date 8 days later than my original date. I was expecting it because I'd been using a fertility monitor and I ov'd very late (I think day 24). Your original due date assumes you concieved on day 14 of your cycle, and as everyone is different it is more accurate for them to go by your scan date!

    Hope that makes sense :)

Hi everyone, not been able to catch up yet but looks like you were on here loads yesterday, have been taking notes about pads and creams so thanks for that!
  • Hi Everyone. Just wondered if someone could help me?!? What bedding would I need for a Moses basket and a cot bed. Hoping to transfer baby from Moses Basket to cot around 6 months or so, but My MIL has given me some money to spend on bedding and I dont want it to go to waste. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Sharkeybabe

I went down to Asda this morning to see if there were any good baby deals still on, and to see if I could get a stair gate - no such luck! But I did pick up a huggies newborn pack £3, a TT 3-in-1 feed-time comforter £2.50 and a TT healthcare and grooming kit £5, so quite pleased, also got a huge tub of sudocrem for £1 off, I use this anyway.

Since I got back I have been in cleaning mode - the kitchen is on my hit list today, we have mice:eek::eek:, have always had problems with them but they haven't been around for a while. But since they harvested the wheat along the road and the temp has dropped they are back:(. So I have been emptying cupboards and using bleach everywhere to hopefully stop them coming back - the dog is on the case now too:rotfl::rotfl:. We had to lock him in the bedroom overnight to stop hi breaking everything in the kitchen:rotfl:. Hubby is at a ploughing match today, I hope he appreciates all this hard-work! Right better get back to it :A

Sharkey, if baby is more than 7lb then you can use a sleeping bag instead of blankets... Then all you'd need is a few sheets of each size...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Thanks, Ive seen a couple of them that I like so, will have a wee look.
