I think my bump got smaller, or changed shape. It was nice and round like a football before. Now it seems flatter. I noticed the last few days my coat did up much easier.

Lilac - I know how you feel when I first got SPD symptoms I got very pessimistic about how long I had left to go and how much worse it might get. I'm still waiting for my physio appointment, but I'm feeling a bit more positive if not in any less pain, as it doesn't seem to have got any worse. Although I am trying to take it easy too, anything that is more than a 5 minute walk at a time is out. The website Pelvic Partnership is a good one for self-help tips.

I'm in for weekly physio and realignment  trying to stay positive but not working and have spent about an hour crying tonight. I'm already on codein from the DR so thats it. I've had SPD last twice but this is whole other level.

I think i need to just crawl away someplace and not inflict my foul mood on everyone

I'll live just not very happy. I'm not 23 weeks until tuesday and if this is the pain i'm in what will I be like come christmas at 33 weeks or my birthday at 36 weeks or full term????? Seriously I am not happy. I live in a flat which is up stairs obviously and its all my effort to potter about in here getting out is getting harder and harder. Yep I have OH off work fo rthe next week so he can do nursery run with DD1 but after that I will be on my own :( My sick cert from work is up today and i'm supposed to be on annual leave tomorrow for 2 weeks but I think i will be asking dr for another cert. I am so so so not happy. Other things like we are househunting, I am barely mobile enoough to walk to the toilet never mind around a strangers house.

Yes I am having a pity party

Thanks GFH but realistically my actual pelvis is twisting so as baby grows it will only get worse :(

Snap, left hip is twisting backwards and according to the physio, there is not a lot I can do about it. Had to leave in laws Ruby Wedding party early last night as just could not deal with the pain. It made me feel so sick and my right foot had actually gone numb, I was agony walking until about lunchtime and haven't actually done a fat lot today apart from sitting on my !!!! knitting!
This is a pic of the blanket I was working on last week. Finally finished it Friday.

Other than that I had some really nice compliments at the party on how well I am looking and that I am blooming, wish I felt like I was!

Got the doctors in the morning probably to be signed off again. On a happier note, I'm now 24 weeks so I can breath a wee sigh of relief!

Catch up with you all later, love to all bumps!!

If you just do the store locator and click through to look at the stores it tells you all the services that are available. Unfortunately the search isn't clever enough to allow you to select stores with certain services, so you just have to look at each one.

    Nice bump Lauren :)

Thanks sarah, nice blanket. I wish I could knit things. are you going to do some clothes for baby?
