Depends on your height and build, there have been whole threads about it, do a little search. I love baby bjorn and loathe wilkinet.I went on the Bepanthen website and for a short survey they send you a free sample in the post. http://www.bepanthen.co.uk/ bottom left for link.
Thanks for the linky Giz.ticklepenny wrote: »GFH- Wikipedia says....Anwen (Anwyn) is a Welsh female name. There are a number of English translations for the name's meaning, the most common is Very Beautiful, other translations include fair, pure and white.
Pretty but a Welsh woman removed DD1's Dad from us when she was barely born, so while I'm thanking her now, especially given what he has turned into, think a Welsh name would be...inauspicious!:rotfl:
eta Dorothy Perkins lots of good cheap gear, but my size is all sold out in the things I like. Grr.Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x0 -
I found the Lansinoh fantastic when i breastfed dd2, she's the only one i successfully bf'd. I didn't buy any tho, just used some samples i had been given, so was going to fork out for some this time round. But you say vaseline is just as good? May just use that then
LOL that's what I was away to say, my midwife gave me 2 samples and it lasted the 8 months I breastfed for. Great tip Krystal will hold off buying it just now then and try vaseline instead ."That's no reason to cry. One cries because one is sad. For example, I cry because others are stupid, and that makes me sad."0 -
Re Dorothy Perkins. They have a lot of tops that aren't in the maternity section, but the shape of them means that they do work well as maternity wear until pretty much the end. I'm 36 weeks and am wearing some that I bought a few months ago. I was a size 10 before I got pregnant, but haven't stopped eating, so got them in a size 12 and they are perfect for my big preggo belly. Worth a look because they are cheap in the sale.0

The first pack's book has a voucher for a free pack of newborn nappies from Tesco. And a voucher for a Bumgenius nappy for £3.95.
Oh well haven't missed too much, as don't intend to use sposies. What's in the second pack? Unfortunately if you can't get the first pack from your MW you lose out as Bounty won't send it directly. We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -
DH has been doing a lovely job putting the roof on the shed today. Alas his brain deserted him when he was washing his hands. Earlier we used nail varnish remover and cotton wool to wipe off the worst of the black gunk from his hands, which took a fair amount of effort to be honest. Left to himself he thinks that he can use it like a soap for a quick lather and rinse and then dry his hands on a lovely purple towel. It's now going round the washing machine in the hopes that the marks will come out. His hands are still black, and he may or may not be in the doghouse.
Why do men just not think? It's like he doesn't see that sometimes what he does damages things (like pouring spare mortar on my flowerbed and getting some in the fishpond too; and puting stuff into piles with the light fragile stuff at the bottom and the heavy books at the top, I could go on, but I won't)
GAAAHHHHH. Rant over. I'm going to go and sulk now.If having different experiences, thoughts and ideas to you, or having an opinion that you don't understand, makes me a troll, then I am proud to be a 100% crying, talking, sleeping, walking, living Troll. :hello:0 -

Yes, quite like some of the Lambs and Ivy Baby Zoo range, I like the quilt but given you aren't supposed to use quilts or baby bumpers with newborns ... In fact that seems to be the problem with most of the co-ordinated nursery stuff, its mostly accessories rather than things I'm actually going to use.We Made-it-3 on 28/01/11 with birth of our gorgeous DD.0 -

LOL! think that is just most men Hngry! My DH is really good and does loads of stuff in the house and with the kids - BUT is rubbish at actually thinking about things past the immediate situation!! Just does not see the bigger picture! Better stop moaning about him though - he is busy making my tea:o and I am on here......
