Ash, I wouldn't worry if they sounded like Tolkien characters or not, if you like them, that is all that matters.

Oh, I get ya... There's rarely news posted on there, it'll come on the thread first...

But when someone says "news on facebook" they mean that someone on their friends list has posted to their personal page... Then we all sit in suspense until the person makes themselves known on here...

I still have an upset tummy... Too risky to walk the 20min trip to church and back I think... Which I'm very disappointed about because I missed last week feeling rotten and this week I feel fine, just daren't risk it :(

Going to google it now, see if it's a common thing or if there's something I should be doing to help it...

    Evening all,

    Arblind - no too keen
    Alaron - Love this name
Lason - reminds me of larson
Zafer - How is this pronounced?
Suljot (Sool-yot) - like this name
    Eldian - Love this name

To be honest if a boy has a tolkeinesque name they will more than likely love it! Does Alaron shorten to aron? Suljot shorten to suly? Eldian to Eldi or dian? And is daddy ok with the shortened versions as that will probably happen as soon as he gets to school.

  • Krystal - hope your feeling better soon! NHS direct sad for top end tummy troubles drink water, once that stays down for an hour try toast or mash. For bottom end troubles drink loads of water and eat loads of fibre to bulk it all up.

Spent today signing up to all the baby clubs- we'll see in a couple of weeks which ones are worth it. Did everyone get a bounty pack at their booking in/from MW? If so, when? Is it just me that's missed out?

What do people think of these (boys) names? I want the opinion of some first language English speakers before I agree to anything :p:

    Arblind
    Alaron
    Lason
    Zafer
    Suljot (Sool-yot)
    Eldian

Ug, have to stand up and cook I suppose...

    A

My favourites are Zafer and Eldian.

As for Bounty I didn't get mine at the Booking in, so I asked at 16 week appt and got it then. Definitely worth getting.

Going to go traipse around the Big into Baby event that's happening here today see if I can get any nice freebies or discounts :money: lol....then hubby and I are off to watch the derby match between the mighty Liverpool and Everton lol  .....only problem is he is wearing his Everton shirt but I am now too big for my Liverpool shirt :( ....I must speak to FIL and ask him to buy me a baggy one for Christmas lol....

Anywho catch you lovely bumps later and I hope you all have a lovely day....hubby is working later so I will more than likely be lurking around tea time lol....
