Oh, !!!!!!. I have decided I actually do not want this baby anymore :mad::mad: Oh, what a horrible thing to say
:(:( Contractions were coming on nicely, then they stopped and they have stayed stopped. Back to hospital for me in the morning
:(:(
Thanks for all the good wishes, ladies. It's just starting to feel like my body doesn't work or something. I'm lucky that this is number 2, if this was number 1 I'd be seriously thinking there was something wrong with me:(:(. 14 days over tomorrow, 21 by date I got them to change. I have officially lost the will to live

In the first pack it's mainly leaflets, but there is a voucher for a free pack of newborn nappies from Tesco and a voucher for a Bumgenius nappy where you pay about £4 postage.
The second pack is pretty good. I got 1 pampers nappy, small pack of wipes, tiny pot of sudocrem, a breastpad sample and nipple cream sample and a can of caffeine free diet coke. There is also a £2 off any pampers product voucher.
The next 2 packs you supposedly get at the hospital when you give birth.
@Horse congratulationsSounds like an easy birth.
I've been balling my eyes out watching more birth videos! Some people make it look very easy, some make me very scared!
It was quick but absolute agony (sorry but did have no pain relief). I kept thinking in the car on the way to hosp "I'm never doing this again", but I've since 'forgotton' how painful it was - honestly & it is said you do forget.
Hope everything is going well for Courgette too.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

Was just thinking too, moving to Angus ie Wellbank the council tax is much better than in Dundee, we're a band C and not paying much more than we were in Dundee on a band A property. Also the small schools out in the country are always good, my nephew and niece both went to Strathmartine and did very well, max of 45 pupils!!
Downfield is nice too, that's where I grew up:D.
We got an email round work today saying not to use the Hospital street entrance as it was flooded. We actually had water pouring in through two doors at work then through the ceiling in the staff room! Apparently estates had thousands of calls across the whole of Tayside and we were not priority!0 -

Lilacpixie & Catw0man - Are you ladies going to Ninewells to give birth? Was my first experience of giving birth there (changed hospital choice 3 wks ago), and we were so impressed by the care and how lovely all the MW's & staff were - couldn't do enough for all of us.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

Sorry Courgette, hadn't realised you'd posted just before me - takes me ages.
That's such a shame the contractions have stopped. Don't feel bad about saying you don't want to have the baby anymore, of course you don't mean it.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

I couldn't use the midwife led unit as I had pre-eclampsia in my 1st pregnancy and my bp started to go up from 35 wks in this one. I really wanted to use the birthing pool this time, but obviously out the question with my bp.2017 - no clutter to be seen challenge: 72/2017

courgette, hugs you must be so mad! Am crossing my fingers that something happens for you in the night. xx
My bump has definitely dropped today, must get a pic done tomorrow. Lovely meal at pizza express though I threw a bit of it up when cleaning my teeth (not unusual for me). DH in bed so I should make a move too now, will really miss my mum when she goes home tomorrow although I think I need some daytime sleep.Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0
