  • I wouldn't have a sweep... But it's all personal choice... :)

I didn't see Eastenders where she gave birth, but I did she the bit where she grimaced, grabbed her belly and went "It's coming"

Like anybody in the whole world has EVER had a labour start like that?!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Thanks ladies :o I'm okay, I'm just a bit hormonal for some reason . I'll make the decision about the sweep when I get there I think. I know it sounds a bit stupid, the physical side of the sweep doesn't bother me that much but emotionally they make me feel really fragile. Does anyone else get like that or have I just outed myself as the MSE preggo nutter?

HAHA welcome to the world of pregnant women. leave your dignity at the door. I didn't see sam mitchell give birth. I find soap births just totally unbelievable. Most people start labour thinking oo was that a contraction... porbably not... oh there was another one.. oh and another oh !!!! maybe its real this time.

Courgette am I allowed to predict baby tomorrow? I disolved into a hormonal mess the day before each of mine were born. No idea why. Sweep is a personal thing, I probably would just in the hope the MW would say i had made progress :T

(((((hugs)))) Courgette - moan away you are more than entitled!! I cant imagine how fed you must be..... come on baby courgette:)

    Good luck MOTM

Hope you have a great last day Rach:j

Hubby suprised me and was in just after 10pm last night and was not very intoxicated and gave me lots of cuddles, so feeling a bit guilty for my moan. He is also working from home today so he can come to the midwife with me this afternoon (we have a double appointment to discuss pain relief and birth plan ??? i think its coz we didnt do anti-natal classses coz midwife didnt tell us about them and by the time i asked they were all full)

Is it just me or is there much point in having a birthing plan? How do i know how im going to feel and what im going to want until im actually going through it? :o
    :heart:Baby No.1 due 27/9/10:heart:

You know, the thing that really annoys me about soap operas is the way no one can ever fall in love, conceive a baby with the person they love with relative ease, then have a reasonably straight-forward pregnancy followed by a normal birth and a healthy baby. There always has to be some flaming drama or other. Even The Archers is about to have some sort of baby-related storyline.

    Ooops. I'm off again :o

aww courgette i hope your lunch lifts your spirits a bit! i really hope you get the birth you want! but try and focus on the fact that, even if you do end up in hosp, it is only temporary and soon enough you will be home with bubs enjoying lovely cuddles. :D
