Morning. they let me out of the clink yesterday evening. BP dropped on its own without medication thank god. OH is under instruction to not !!!! me off. I had blood taken for a triple test yesterday along with some usual ones.

Kataratarina, if there's no midwife at the surgery then the Dr should have all the forms instead. He'll be qualified to stamp / sign them too

Hitchins, I'm due the quadruple test on Tuesday but I'll be declining it too... Like dream I wouldn't have an amnio either way so there's no point fretting over the results...

She'll probably still stick me though because I still haven't had any booking bloods done!

I've got a few hours to myself today so I'm going to start on Project Nursery. I'm currently sat here in my pajamas trying to motivate myself to do some tidying up, but can't face it. I didn't sleep very well and so am feeling a bit grumpy today just as well I've got time to myself can't upset anyone!!

Morning all,

MOTM - hope today goes well.

I'm planning to start clearing out the spare room of junk which will eventually become babies room, once I figure out what I want to eat for breakfast. I'm hungry but I just don't know what to have, everything just seems unpealing today.
I'm also washing my reusuable nappies today and making the most of this lovely weather we are having, beats trying to dry them in the winter!!

Got banging headache but only on the left side and goes down my neck, painful and annoying all at the same time:( Woke me up a few times in the night, hoping it's stress related:o Fingers crossed for today flying by so I can get home and rest:o

morning everyone.

I am tired and feel a bit grumpy today too! Rubbish sleep last night - as always and I am feeling fairly sick today , think I have to get used to the idea that its here for the duration - I am 18 + 4 now.

On the upside its a glorious day here today and I am meeting a friend (who I have not seen for a few years :eek:) today for lunch and I am really looking forward to that - just need to get rid of sicky feeling. I finally got around to phoning her yesterday - we had moved away from this area for 7 years, but moved back last summer, and that is me only getting in touch now terrible friend I am really!!

Right now I have had a moan I had better get my bahookie off this couch and do something in the mess we call home!!

KT - was it you who reminded me about my tablets? I am eternally greatful. Managed to take one last night, which meant that I slept through with no 3am wake up feeling ill. Took one this morning and actually managed to get up and have breakfast without spewing. In fact, I felt so good that I wanted to stay home and catch up with several week's worth of housework. WooHoo:j

And Lilac Pixie glad you're out. I was in last week with high BP and it's not nice!

Erm ... how do we feel about queue jumping again? Was up half the night with contractions although they were only lasting 30 - 40 seconds and I don't think were quite painful enough to be "the real thing". Didn't get much sleep though, and have terrible lower back ache and period pain. Have spent the morning "emptying" (sorry! TMI)

Have growth scan and consultant at 11 to check my high bp hasn't restricted the baby's growth. Will be back later with the verdict. I'm 37 weeks tomorrow so theoretically we're on amber alert :eek:
